Sakura and Naruto's daughter shego returns

7 years later
It was a bright and early day in the Village Hidden in The Leaf it was such a wonderful day for someone to start their day off with except for Sakura Haruno who was throwing up her guts in the bathroom. Sakura grabbed her stomach once again running to throw up the ramen she ate last night. This was the third time this week that she awoke feeling nauseous.

"Aish Sakura-chan the only thing I could find was some headache medicine but here's some water" She grabbed the water from her husband's hand drowning it to ease the burning sensation in her throat.
"Don't worry Naruto, I just think it's food poisoning" Sakura gulped down the rest of the water then began to brush her teeth. He wrapped his arms around her waist snuggling his head in her neck biting it gently. Sakura tried to push the blonde away but he held on tighter. "I don't know Sakura, can food poisoning last three days?" He looked at her through the mirror kissing the top of her head. The blonde walked over to his side of the bathroom to start his morning routine.
"Food poisoning can last for three days honey don't worry now get dressed." The rosette turned around giving him a quick kiss on the lips. Sakura grabbed her clothes and began to get dressed, noticing Naruto's clothes on the floor all over the place. He was known for being a very messy person. She was always the one to pick up after him if he didn't do it.
She grabbed the clothes from the floor when a small package fell out. It was an unused condom. Sakura observed the condom before throwing it into the dresser next to the bed. There was no need to ask her boyfriend why he had an unused condom in his pocket. "I'm leaving Naruto." Sakura walked into the bathroom giving him a quick goodbye kiss then made her way to the hospital. The smell of the hospital always made the rosette happy.
"Miss Sakura" A woman with short brown hair made her way towards her with a stack of files shoving them into her hands. "These are all the surgeries we have today Lady Tsunade is waiting for you in room 372" She bowed and left. Sakura walked towards the room reading the information on the files. 'It seemed like he broke his collarbone and tore some ligaments on his elbow.'
She walked into the room washing her hands scrubbing in. The door was pushed open with her elbows, walking in seeing everyone waiting for the surgery. The nurses began to pull the sterilized tray to the center of the room. There was a strong smell of sterilization that made her feel nauseous.
"Scalpel" the nurse on the right side of her handed Sakura a scalpel. She began to cut through the flesh of the man while another nurse began to burn his flesh to stop some of the bleeding. The smell of burning flesh and blood made her gag. Sakura gave the scalpel to the nurse who worked under me and ran out of the room tearing my gloves and gown off. She began to throw up once again in the sink outside of the operation room.
"Sakura, what happened in there!" The voice boomed making her heart sink further into her chest. Sakura grabbed a towel and began to wipe her mouth as fast as she could. "Sorry Tsunade-sama I don't know what came over me". The blonde haired woman eyes soften seeing her pupil in distress.
"Go head home, I'll let Shizune take over for now"
Sakura bowed before leaving the room in a dash. The blazing sun made her feel weaker than she has ever felt before.
It was only 12:00 pm and there was no food in the house. Which meant she needed to go shopping for herself and Naruto. Food never lasted in her apartment because the blonde loved to devour their food late at night. Sakura grabbed a basket and walked towards the vegetable aisle. She needed to make Naruto some more veggie balls since he was training tomorrow. She walked to the next aisle looking for Naruto's favorite soap when the feminine hygiene section came into view.
Sakura went down to grab some tampons when a thought popped in her head. Then it struck her, she stood up and looked for a calendar. Her last period was 2 months ago her heart was beating out of my chest. She turned around when pregnancy tests came into view. She grabbed two and ran towards the check out trying to get as fast as I could.
Sakura basically ran home pushing the door open throwing the things on the kitchen table. She grabbed the tests and ran upstairs throwing them into the sink. The rosette sat down on the toilet shaking her leg. She tried to calm herself down. This wasn't the first time her period was late. She took a deep breath in and let it out slowly. She took the test out and peed on it and again with the other one.
"What am I doing?"
Sakura walked out of the restroom pacing back and forth waiting for 3 minutes. It was the longest wait of her life. She walked back in grabbing the test holding it upside down.
"Smell the flowers and blow out the candles Sakura....1.....2...3" She flipped over the test and two bright pink lines appeared. She grabbed the second one matching the first one she saw. Sakura dropped both of them in the sink.
'How' She thought to myself, Once again she started to pace back and forth, tears starting to form in her eyes. Then the memory struck me, the night Naruto came back from his 3-week mission in the Suna. They were both too horny to even bother to use protection that's why the condom fell out of his pants this morning, but she on birth control there was no literal way. She climbed into their bed rolling over to Naruto's side letting his scent engulf her. She cried herself to sleep wondering what he would think.
When she woke up it was already 7 pm. Sakura walked into the restroom looking at herself in the mirror. She noticed how bad she looked so she took a shower and climbed back in bed with Naruto's shirt on waiting for him to come home.
"Sakura-chan I'm home" for the fourth time today her heart dropped to her feet. Sakura was so scared at this moment she just wanted to hide and bury her head into a mountain.
"Sakura there's no dinner tonight I was feeling kinda hungry but I'm willing to have you for my dinner tonight" She rolled over to see him send a wink at her. Sakura cringed at his weak pick up line. It almost made her laugh. He sat on the bed and made his way towards her. He flipped her over so he was on top and began to attack her neck with his lips. He moved his hands caressing her thighs moving closer and closer to my hip.
"Naruto...please I'm not in the mood today hun" her voiced crack which caught his attention. He sat up pulling her up with him. He stared at her with his blue eyes that she loved so much.
"Sakura-chan what's wrong." he sat crisscrossed on the bed waiting for her reply. She leaned her head on the headboard not knowing how to tell. Sakura sighed "I...we're....there's" She ran her hands through my hair getting frustrated tears brimming her eyes.
Naruto's hand intertwined the both of theirs. He gave me a sweet smile "You don't have to force yourself, take your time" he laughed.
"I'm pregnant," she said quickly, he stopped laughing looking her dead in the eyes. He slowly removed his hand from hers and began to rub his hair. He stood up from the bed completely shocked and lost for words. Sakura started to cry seeing his actions
"I'll abort it if that's what you want" the words slipped out before her brain could process what she wanted to say. He sat back down on the bed and pulled down into his lap. "No, way no Sakura I could never let you go through with that." Sakura broke down, even more, hearing him speak knowing that he actually wanted the baby.
Naruto tried to push his rushing thoughts out of his head. He took a deep breath hugging Sakura even more. "I'm just shocked that's all and how I mean aren't you on the pill"
"I guess that stupid pill didn't work."
"Oh shit" Naruto zoned out for a good minute. After a couple of seconds of not speaking, she figured he was talking to Kurama.
"Aish you furry bastard tell me what's going on" Naruto was now standing in front of Kurma disturbing his 'beauty rest' He kept his eyes closed not bothering to pay the blonde any attention.
"What do you want to know kid," He asked, still in his sleeping position with his eyes closed.
"How is she pregnant? We used protection and she's on the pill" Naruto began to get angrier and angrier the more he spoke to him. The fox only shrugged his larger shoulder. He knew this would piss off Naruto even more.
"Listen, kid" 'he yawned "Do you think mythical creature powers and human protections work when it's mixed. You were so lustful that night when you smelt her sent my chakra infused with your sperm and ripped right through that barrier the pill put up. I tried to tell you but nothing can get past that big ass head of yours."
"So you're telling me I meant to get her pregnant" threatening him with his plasma blast
"Yes and No, she was ovulating which drove us both crazy to mate with her"

Sakura was still in his lap waiting for him to come back,
She had her head in his chest listening to his heartbeat. "Sakura-chan I need to tell you something.....Kurama knew you were ovulating and he infused his chakra with my sperm to get you pregnant."
"So you aren't mad at me for getting pregnant."
"Wait you should be mad at me for getting you pregnant and plus it takes two to make a baby."
"No, I'm happy Naruto but how do you feel," Sakura asked looking up at him.
Naruto sighed, "I don't know, I haven't processed my emotions yet but now let's get some rest and talk more in the morning" Naruto gave Sakura a quick peck on the lips and tucked her in the bed. He walked into the shower turning it on submerging his head and body under the water. He was in the shower in his thoughts letting them run wild while he washed his body.
"I'm going to have a baby, I can barely raise myself" he hit the walls of the shower out of frustration. He finished showering before walking to the sit to finish off his cleaning.
He walked out of the restroom grabbing some boxers and lay down next to Sakura hugging her from behind. "I love the both of you"
Naruto woke up to the sound of Sakura throwing up again, he jogged downstairs to grab some water. He walked into the bathroom to see Sakura sitting on the toilet with her head in her hands. "Here's some water" she took the water from him and began to gulp it down. "I heard saltine crackers are good for morning sickness."
"How would you know" Sakura sat the glass down on the sink and leaned against the counter. "Shikamaru told me it eased Ino's morning sickness not too long ago" he waved his hand in the air. Sakura began to laugh at Naruto's antics.
She started to grow sad the emotions from last night started to take a toll on her. Reality started to set in making her sob out loud.
"What's wrong, why are you so sad?" Naruto pulled Sakura into his embrace rubbing her back in circular motions.
"I've been thinking about all the pressure that's on you. Now you have even more pressure with the baby coming. I can't go on missions anymore or work so everything will be on you. That means you'll have to work more and you can't focus on your dream because of me." she sobbed. Naruto was taken aback by the words she said. He didn't realize how much things were going to change in the next month but he would do anything for his family.
"Don't worry Sakura-chan everything will be alright I promise."
"I'm ruining your life and you don't even know it"
"You're actually making it better so don't worry, we'll make it work." he kissed the top of her head and walked out of the restroom to get ready for the day.
"I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow just to see how the baby is doing" she sat on the bed watching Naruto put on his shinobi attire still trying to pull herself together after that episode.
"I'll be there I promise" he kissed her goodbye and walked out the door to meet up with the genin he had today. Walking throughout the village he heard all types of praises from them. Girls were running up handing him chocolate and candies. 'If Sakura-chan was here today she'd throw a fit' he thought to himself. He ran on the rooftops heading towards the training grounds already running late.
"Ahhh Sensei you're late again what were you doing." the youngest of the group said.
"How many times do I have to say not to call me sensei I'm just filling in as for right now" the three genins all nodded their heads. "Okay today we're going to work on your aim and chakra control"
"Hai"
"Aim for the three posts once you get to thirty then I'll teach you how to walk up a tree."
"Really, ahh Naruto sensei you're so cool" Naruto laughed at the name again some kids never learn and he was one of them. He sat down under a tree watching them from a distance. 'This is going to be a long day' he thought to himself. "Hey Naruto long time no see" a familiar voice said
