Beyond the Border Line

Bacon

I woke up the next day with drool on the side of my mouth and hair in my face.

Way to have a good morning, I thought.

I let out a sigh and walk over the the bathroom to freshen up. Once i'm done changing into my favorite t-shirt, some dark jeans and converse I decide to get breakfast.

As I start going down the stairs, I hear yelling and loud noises. I walk faster down the stairs and through the hallways to see what all the commotion is.

I finally make to the kitchen to see Jace and Kevin fighting over the last piece of bacon. Kevin is Jace's best friend since they were pups and has a small crush on me.

They both stand up straighter and stare at me in with a surprised and annoyed expression. I glare at them till Kevin decides to speak up.

"He started it", he says and points to Jace. Jace gives a innocent look at me and then glares at Kevin.

"What?!?! No, you started teasing me with it and then ate half of it right in front of my face!" Jace yells obviously furious at Kevin.

They start threatening and yelling each other and I decide to jump in.

"Will you both shut up!" I scream out making them stop and stare at me.

"You guys are acting like 2 year old children," I tell them.

"Ya, but handsome and strong 2 year old children," Kevin says with smile and a nod. I shoot him a deadly glare and he frowns. Jace decides to take advantage of my anger to Kevin and smacks him on the back of the head.

"Ya, listen to my sister," he smirks but quickly goes to a frown once I smack him on the back of his head.

"Ow! What was that for?!" he yells. I roll my eyes and decide to eat what ever is left of the bacon. They gasp at the sight and I, once again, roll my eyes. The kitchen floor makes a noise and we turn to see what it is.

I swallow the bacon in my mouth and start walking over to Nikki. Shes wearing her fluffiest bunny slippers, red with white polka doted pj's, her blanket rapped around her and Sir.Coco. Coco was a teddy bear birthday present from mom on her 1st birthday.

"Hey baby. You okay?" I say almost in a whisper tone. She nods and walks over the empty chair at the table. We hear the door swing open and footsteps moving fast towards us.

"Beta, we've captured a rouge near the border. The alpha told me to get you and Alice," he says trying to catch his breath. Jace looks at me with a frown.

"Don't get any ideas," he says and grabs my hand and starts walking towards the door. We grab some extra cloth and shift into our wolves with the cloth in our mouths.

We spot the group of wolves and the alpha examining the rouge. I change behind a tree and start making my way to Jace and the alpha.

"Shift," alpha Pete says firmly. The rogue growls and snarls at the alpha and the wolves growl back at him.

"Shift or i'll rip your throat out slowly," he says calmly. He can be really scaring sometimes. He shifts with a glare and immediately stares at me.

"Hello, Alice," he says with a smirk.

Sorry for taking a long time to update had lots of things to do at school. And for it being a little boring.

Second chapter on my first book. Yay. Even though I don't have a lot of votes and people who have seen it I still want to continue it :)
