Kenzy's POV

It's been two weeks since I had 'the conversation' with Lisa. Telling her wasn't so bad after all. Now she's the one person that knows all my secrets.

Speaking of, I was running out of time digging out the savinch's plan against the dawgs. I think I'm getting more relaxed with Kayden, Cole and Louis I was having second thoughts about going into war with them.

But thankfully, Lisa still talked me into doing it. Whenever there was a hint of an adventure, she was always the one to call the shots.
And I always follow, because I mean, it's always fun when she calls the shots.

No really, I think I want to focus on avenging my parents. Their death wasn't deserved and I haven't still found out who murdered them. I couldn't give up now.
I'm not close but I know I'll find them or, you know, they might find me.

"Hey" Kayden greeted and sat next to me.
We were at our normal lunch spot.

"Kayden, you look great. Any special place you're going after school?" Lisa asked.

I looked at Kayden's outfit. There wasn't really anything special about what he wore. He just had the kind of body that whatever he wore suited him.

"Yeah. Kenzy's heart" he replied.
I choked on my drink. I saw him smirk.

Yeah, he always does that.

"Oooooooo, that's a good one" Lisa complemented.

Count on Lisa to hype him on his stupid lines.

"I know".

"Get out of your head, Haynes" I commented.

"I'd rather..."

"Don't you dare say it" I cut him off before he could say what would hurt my ears.

He bursted into laughter. "I wanted to say 'I'd rather get in your head'. Kenzy Anderson, do you have sexual fantasies about us?"

I scrunched my nose up feigning disgust. Did I?. No, I didn't. "I'd rather eat puke, Haynes"

He leaned closer. "I wish you'd let me eat you though. That would be the sexiest thing ever" he whispered. His breath so close to my ear I could feel shivers running down my spine.

I ignored the spark I felt and shoved him away. "Get out"

He laughed again. Oh, you find it funny?

I was about to say something else to change the topic when Alexia and Rihanna walked up to us. They we're Vandi's bestfriend and one of the top four in he cheerleading squad. They were very pretty and had wealthy parents too. I think everyone in this school has wealthy parents.

Everyone except me. You know, I have no parents and I'm definetly not wealthy.

"Hey Kayden, have you seen Vandi?. We haven't seen her all day. And when we tried calling her, it kept going straight to voice mail" Alexia asked.
She's the petite one. Dark hair that matches the colour of her eyes. She's half Indian. She's also very competitive and I think she might be gay.

I looked at Kayden. His bright facial expression automatically transformed into something I couldn't really fathom.

"Isn't she in school?" He asked.

"I had English literature with her. She wasn't in class" Cole replied.

So he hears. Cole's been on his earphone since he entered the cafeteria. He wasn't really in the mood to converse.
