Prologue: Koragg's POV: Alciel, Satan and I were heading towards a portal to flee for now since it was the safest option but Amelia the hero was catching up quickly so I did the only thing I could do and buy time for my brother and Alciel to escape. They tried to stop me from doing this but I still charged at the hero, being way bigger than her as I start fighting her but she was maybe even than stronger than I was.
Amelia: Let me through!
Koragg: Not on your life! I won't fail my brother!
I said as we clash over and over again before falling into the portal with her. After a while I woke up in a strange place and felt smaller for some reason. I look down and see my reflection in a puddle and saw I was human, and a small one at that.
Koragg: Of all things I became a child?!
I then noticed a red haired girl who looked awfully similar to the hero but quickly realized she is the hero and see her walking over to me.
Amelia: Hey little guy, are you lost?
I instantly back away getting into a defensive stance.
Koragg: Get back you hero! I, Koragg may have been weakened and trapped in this child like body but I won't lose to a hero like you!
Amelia: Wait you're Koragg?! But you're so small!
She said trying to summon her sword but it didn't seem to work.
Koragg: It seems that this world has weaker magic levels than Ente Isla. Which explains why our bodies look different.
Amelia: Well as much as I hate to admit it, I think our best option is to form a temporary truce.
She said but I didn't like that idea one bit.
Koragg: As if I'm gonna team up with someone who kills demons.
I said about to walk into oncoming traffic but right before I was about to get hit the hero actually pulled me out of the way so I wouldn't get hit.
Koragg: I could have survived that you know?
Amelia: Yeah not with that body. Like I said a truce is our best option but if you'd rather die I'd be more than happy to accommodate.
She said with a menacing glare and decide to submit for now.
Koragg: Fine, I'll form a truce but only temporary.
Amelia: Of course.
Just then 2 humans on some sort of flashy carriage that didn't seem to run on horses or magic got out and started walking up to us.
Officer 1: What brings you two out at this hour?
Officer 2: Are you guys tourists or something? You don't look to be around from here.
I tried to tell them off but it seems they don't understand our native language.
Officer 1: Let's ride to the station ok?
They gestured us to get in the vehicle and Amelia had to force me in. We then arrive at the station where we were taken into a private room to be spoken to.
Officer 1: So are you guys able to understand what we are saying?
We both nod to his question.
Officer 2: What were you two doing out this late?
Koragg: Non of your business.
I said in my native language as Amelia taps me on the arm to quiet me. She then starts speaking in their language.
Amelia: Sorry sir, we don't know where we are and don't have any way to identify ourselves.
"I see, if I may ask what's your relationship with this boy here?
The officer asked curiously as the other one was curious as well.
Amelia: He's my son.
I look at her in shock and nudge her leg under the table. The officer leaves to get forms for her to fill out as I look at her.
Koragg: The hell was that?! By that logic wouldn't Satan be your son?
Amelia: Do you really want me to leave you here by yourself?
Koragg: I'll shut up now.
He returns with the papers and puts down our information including fake names for us. Hers was Emi Yusa and she named me Coda Yusa. We were then let go and start looking for a place to stay.
Emi: I propose you don't have an idea of how to afford a place?
Coda: I saw a place on the way here called a pawn shop and apparently you can trade things for currency so your coins might be worth something here.
Emi: Worth a shot. Let's go.
We managed to get a good amount of money to get a decent apartment in town. After we walked inside I saw a strange box like device with people inside it which confused me.
Coda: So that device isn't going to steal my soul right?
Emi: No, from what I gathered it's something called a TV and is powered by something similar to lightning magic. A lot of things in this world seem to be.
I then went to sleep for the night since this new body requires sleep and food. I knew from this point on things would only get much weirder from now on.
