"Angie! I haven't seen ya in forever!" Sherry yelled running in.
"It's only been a couple of weeks." Angel embraces her.
I smile at them. A happy family. The one thing I never got in my life.
"Good to see you're feeling better." Sherry said hugging me.
I hold back wincing. I force myself to smile at her.
"Let me get your luggage." Angel smiled.
He led her inside. I walk behind them. Mr. Longrow entered. I look at him surprised.
"Good to see your better son." He patted my shoulder.
I nod.
"Dad!! C'mon!" Sherry yelled.
He walked inside over to the kitchen. I took my rifle.
"We're leaving. Truth be told. I don't want to stay and listen to soppy family stuff." My Shadow commets.
"I'll be right back." I call.
Angel walked over.
"Al! My sister just got here. Are you going hunting again?" Angel asked.
"It's dear season sweetheart." I say.
"Ugh fine. Just be back in time for supper." Angel said.
I nod. He kissed me goodbye and I walked out of the room.
