"Are things well between you two?" Urbosa asked, looking out of my window.

"Yes, they're fine. I think. I mean, we haven't talked to each other, not really. All he did was assist me when I needed to pray or train. He didn't even say anything."

"Words speak footsteps, but actions speak miles. I'm sure he just wants to do his job correctly."

I sighed, sitting on the edge of my bed. "You must be right. Maybe he's just scared of getting into trouble if he does talk."

"Yes, I'm sure that's it."

I lay down on my bed.

"The calamity is getting closer." Urbosa remarked. "Gerudo town is beginning to get worked up. Sometimes I don't know how to control those girls; they're all so convinced they can take on anything, no matter the difficulty."

"Why are they scared?" My voice sounded lighter than I had meant it to.

"They think Vah Naboris might go under; cave under Ganon's control, in a sense. I don't know about you, Zelda, but I think you've got a lot more challenges coming than you think."

"I don't know how to rule. Not properly." I felt my eyes droop closed as I breathed in a much-needed breath of tranquility. "Let alone prevent a national disaster."

"It's your job to do so, Zelda, so you'd better learn how. And that starts with training."

"I do train. It's just complicated. Difficult, that's all."

"All worthwhile things are difficult." Urbosa sighed. "That's what makes them worthwhile."

I continued to let my eyes close, dipping in and out of relaxation.

"What shall I tell your father in terms of dinner?"

"I don't want to go. I'll have my food in here. I don't want to see him or Link."

"What's wrong with Link?"

"I've seen enough of him today."

"Alright. I'll tell your father, Princess."

And with that, the door was closed again.

And with that, I was alone again.
