36-The journey begins

Arnav rushed to finish his work. He managed to finish it,overworking,by the deadline he had given himself.

Yet something would always pop up. This time Arnav was not going to loose things because of anything,be it work,be it people.
His heart was with Khushi and he was going to give it all to this relationship..He was even prepared to be beaten up,if it was needed. But he would not loose her,the person his heart longed for..

So handing over his work to Aman,he left. To Delhi. He had to visit the same Devi Maa's temple Khushi liked to visit. According to him,that is where he might get something..

After reaching Delhi,Arnav rested a day. He had too much work and his body was at its breaking point.. So he tested at a hotel for the night. Then next day early morning he went to the temple. The temple was little crowded due to Durga Puja..(Durga Puja is celebrated twice,once in the beginning of Winter,other in the beginning of summer)

There were many ladies,wearing sarees,sindur,bangles,anklets,waiting to offer their prayers and Prasad to the Goddess..

Arnav too waited. After the Pooja was over,he looked here and there. Yet there was no Khushi. He was disheartened..

Just then the Pandit of the temple,the same one as his past life came out.

"Child,you are searching for something..Something you have lost. Finding that would be easy. But it would be a hard journey to walk ahead with it. But you will find it through the most convenient way. Donot worry"said the Pandit looking at Arnav ..

Arnav was surprised.. He did not even tell anyone what he was searching. Yet someone already told him that ..

"But Panditji. I donot even know how to find it. I donot even know where I have lost it. Then how would I find it?"asked Arnav disheartened..

"Donot worry. Devi Maa would help those who truely search for something.. If your search is true,then the whole Universe would try to bring you closer to that person"said the Pandit smilingly and left..

Arnav was happy. Then he suddenly recalled the Pandit telling about that person. He didnot even tell he was looking for a person. Yet how did he know.. He might answer him everything..

So he began searching for the Pandit.. Yet he was no where to be found. Where did he go?

Arnav sat on the stairs of the temple waiting for him,for hours. Yet he was not there. Then he was beginning to feel helpless again. May be he would go to other temples too .

So Arnav, everyday would go to a new temple,sit there silently.. Yet nothing happened ..

He was getting hopeless. Where was Khushi..

As he was worrying about Khushi,a call came.. Arnav suddenly wondered if Khushi had somehow tried to reach him through call.

He wondered if Khushi missed him,she would call. May be Khushi lost her phone. So she would call through new number.. So he checked all the blocked numbers in his phone ..

He too asked Aman to check the records of Sheesh Mahal,main connection. May be Khusi called yet nobody told him..

But the answer was always negative...

He didnot know what to do,how to walk through this. ..

Where was Khushi..
