Sylvie had gone into labour while Matt was on shift she called Matt.
"Sylvie what's wrong" Matt asked
"My waters broke" Sylvie said

This is of duty paramedic Sylvie Casey I'm 9 months pregnant and I need ambulance I gone into labour to 1800 west woolcot
Okay EMTs on their ways transport you to Med
Ambulance 99 picked Sylvie up and transported her to Med Matt met her there.
When Sylvie got to Med she was taken straight to labour and delivery.
"That is Sylvie nearly there just one more push" Natalie said
After another push Matt and Sylvie had a Son
"Its a boy" Natalie said
"He's beautiful" Matt said
"Yeah he's 4 kids now" Sylvie said
"Yes 2 daughter and two sons" Matt said
Matt when to go to inform 51
"We have beautiful baby boy" Matt said
"A boy how wonderful" Herrmann said
51 when to go see Sylvie
"He is beautiful" Stella said
"What you naming him" Boden asked
"Everyone meet Jax Casey" Sylvie said
"Jax what a wonderful name" Severide said
"I called Cindy she on her way with the kids I can't wait for Tessa Rudy and Milo to meet their they new baby brother" Matt said
"Thanks Babe" Sylvie said
30 minutes later
Cindy came to Med with Tessa Ruby and Milo. Matt met them in the waiting room
"Daddy has Mommy had the baby" Milo asked
"Yes Milo she has would you like to meet him" Matt said
"Yes I would like to meet my baby brother" Tessa said
"Me too" Ruby said
"And Me" Milo said
"Okay kids come with me to meet your baby brother" Matt said
Matt took the kids to see Jax Tessa Ruby and Milo already loved there little brother Cindy offered to watch the kids until Sylvie got discharged.
3 day later
Sylvie and Jax got discharged Matt was now on leave so he could help Sylvie into a routine with Tessa Ruby Milo andJax now were now a family of 7 Matt and Sylvie were looking at adopting another kids one more after that they would have 3 kids of there own.
2 weeks later
Matt and Sylvie had got into a routine with the kids Tessa was starting school in September on shift days Cindy would pick Tessa up from school she would also take Ruby Milo and Jax for days the couple where on shifts both Matt and Sylvie were due to go back to work soon.
"I can't believe Tessa starts school soon"Matt said
"Yes I know I been thinking about it a I want to adopted an 2 year old we have 2 3 years old a 5 year old and A 3 week old baby it be nice to have 2 year old then 3 more babies of our own" Sylvie said
"Yes I love that speaking of which do remember that call I did a couple weeks with that little girl Isabella the 2 year old who has been in foster card since she as little well I talked to DCFS we have been approved to adopted her after that fire DCFS said the foster mother was unfit to take care of her well DCFS are bringing her over now" Matt said
"Really that great I love the last adopted member of our family all we need is 3 more kids of our own and family will be complete" Sylvie said
Knock at the door
"Hi Matt this is Isabella I come in and you and Mrs Casey can sign the adopted forms" Maddie said
"Hi Maddie" Sylvie said
"Hi Sylvie this is Isabella your newest family member her last name was Isabella Jones it now Isabella Casey all I need you two to do is sign these forms" Maddie said
Matt and Sylvie signed the adopted forms Jax was going to grown up with 4 older siblings and 3 younger siblings Matt and Sylvie were now a Family of 8 they had finally caught up with Herrmann
