After getting back from Folwerton 2 of the Casey kids had fallen Ill Ruby and Tessa had been throwning up all night to make things worse Sylvie had caught the bug.
"Babe before I head off for shift I drop Milo Jax and Isabella off a Cindy's Boden know your not coming in your sure your been okay on own for 24 hours" Matt asked
"Yeah i been fine I probably just curled up on the sofa with Ruby and Tessa" Sylvie said
"Okay we ring me if you get worst and I take you to Med your are 5 months pregnant" Matt said
"I been fine go" Sylvie said
Matt dropped Milo Jax and Isabella off a Cindy's then headed to the firehouse.
"Morning Casey where's Brett" Mouch asked
"At home she picked up whatever bug the kids had Jax Milo and Isabella have already had it so have I now Tessa Ruby and Sylvie have got it" Matt said
"I bet you now had a lot of sleep" Herrmann asked
"Between Sylvie Tessa and Ruby throwing up last night Jax who kept waking up every 30 minutes I had about 4 hours sleep in between cleaning up vomit" Matt said
2 hours into shift
Matt phones rings
"Hello" Matt said
"Daddy" Tessa says
"Tessa what's up" Matt asked
"It's Mommy she been in the bathroom for 2 hours and not answering" Tessa said
"Right I'm on my way" Matt said
"Severide tell Boden i gone home family emergency" Matt said
"Okay will do" Severide said
Matt rushed home to see Sylvie had passed out from vomiting.

Hi this is Matthew Casey firefighter at firehouse 51 I need an ambulance to 1800 west woolcot my wife had passed out from vomiting she breathing and still has a pulse.
Okay I dispatched Ambo 61 EMTs are on there way
The bells when off at 51

"That's Matt and Sylvie's house" Foster said
"Yeah come on Foster let's go" Kidd said
Foster and Stella got there loaded her in the rig Matt had called Donna to come look the kids while he when with Sylvie.
At Med
Dr Halstead came out
"How's my girl" Matt asked
"She okay she was severely dehydrated. She's awake now it was complicated because it was sickness from the pregnancy and also with a stomach bug which is why she's dehydrated but we've got her on saline and should be out of here in a day or two" Dr Halstead said
"Thank you" Matt said
Matt let 51 know that Sylvie was going to be okay that she was dehydrated and there were rehydrate her and she be out of hospital in a day or two.
2 days later
Cindy had offered to keep the kids with her so Matt could be with Sylvie.
"Hey guys so Sylvie I'm going to discharge you your levels have normalised. Your blood count is back where it should be and I'm satisfied so please go home and rest and make sure you drink plenty of fluids. I've also talk to Dr Manning she's going to up your antinausea Matt for your sickness that you're having this pregnancy so she's got them ready for you Matt I'll have Sylvie's discharge paperwork ready" Dr Halstead said
