Little joys in life
Always right outside
Hiding in plain sight
Dancing in broad daylight
A smile
A hi
Sometimes even a goodbye
Everything can suffice
All can amount to a small surprise
Leaving your day
Better than it started
With a smile on your face
The little joys in life
Can help us find our smile
When our day-to-day life
Starts to wear us all down
They do not get the gratitude they deserve
For making sure life doesn't get on our last nerve
So here's my little ode to you
