Chapter 24: Plot Twist

I didn't even realise that my steps had a crippled spring on them.

That is before Alex,Stacy and Eleanor started to giggle the moment I walked into the kitchen humming 'rock me' out of all songs. Before I realised the giggling had been turned to full on chuckling rather guffawing that had been joined by Zayn, Harry, Andrew and Louis and also a bit conservative Liam who was trying hard not to laugh too much.

"No no don't hold back go ahead and laugh as much as you want" I told Liam who was chocking on his muesli in his attempts to hide his laugh.

But my sentence made him completely loose his head and laugh like a performing seal.

Harry and Zayn had other plans because they started to moan and Louis went all - "Nialllll omigosh, oh baby you are soo good oo baby" finishing it with a clown like laugh which was joined by Andrew shaking the table in his lame attempts to explain how we were rocking the bed against the last night and how that disturbed his sleep.

All this while I stood their going redder by the second before Niall waltzed in, half naked with a towel around his waist and immediately the ladies squealed and the guys rushed to cover their eyes. Best was Louis who stood in the middle of Eleanor and Zayn covering their eyes and the both of them covering one of his eyes each.

"You know you are only allowed to jump around naked infront of me only" I stated blandly as I stood beside Liam covering his eyes and eating the fruity loops that he was chewing for breakfast.

"Hey" Liam protested swatting my hands but I continued to eat.

"Oh baby so possessive" Niall winked making kissie sounds and I heard Zayn mock gagging.

"Shut up and put on some clothes leprechaun" I giggled returning his kissie gestures.

"Let's go shopping" Stacy squealed and Andrew groaned and winced painfully.

"Sweetheart please its a sunday and we ought t-"

"No Drew that's what you say every single time but not this time" Stacy squabbled and Andrew gave up realising that there was no reasoning with his mad as a hatter girlfriend.

"Jeez man How'd you still live with her" Zayn commented and Stacy at oce flared up at him and I had to step in to stop the two blabbering idiots.
Ofcourse the fight ended with their signature scene in which Stacy wrings Zayn's neck and he shouts incoherent things.

What a lot.

"I thing we should go and do a bit of shopping for Stacy's upcoming engagement party" Niall said grinning wickedly at the very red amd flustered couple as all eyes turned to them.

"Is there anything you want me to know Stace?" I asked squinting my eyes and crossing my arms over my chest.

She blushed redder before mumbling some incoherent stuff and looking at Andrew for assistance only to find him rubbing his neck in a embarrased awkward manner.

I giggled quietly to myself at their adorableness.

"So?" Eleanor questioned as she snatched a packet of chips from Louis who was competing with Niall.

"Yeah we are getting engaged" Andrew said chuckling softy and immediately all of us started to wolf whistle and cheer which made Stacy look like she was going to die of blushing.

"Aww look at Stacy blushing pink-red-scarlet" Alex cooed making Stacy mumble a small almost inaudible 'shut up' which went unheard as all of us laughed and cheered.

To be honest I was really glad that Stacy and Andrew were getting married. It was one of the nicest possible news that I'd heard since my life changed drastically and I was more than happy to share their happiness however a lingering thought about mine and Niall's relationship always bothered me. Considering the fact that Niall was still so babyish and carefree I mean would he ever...?
