Hide and Survive - A One Night At Flumpty's Story

Jeremy POV

Jeremy sat in his slightly uncomfortable chair, watching the cameras carefully. He was maintaining the balance of power usage and occasionally flashing anything that came to close to the office.

His weapon was placed behind the laptop, half of it covered in dried blood. Chump wandered around the room, patrolling the open doorways.

It was currently 4 AM, and fatigue smothered his mind. He was subduing it for the time being, but he always felt its omnipresent touch.

He was watching the cameras with concentration, nervously looking for anything that was approaching one of the three doorways.

Only one other entity showed up at the doorway since his encounter with Kevin, which was the Eyesaur. It looked like he got over the Redman's death, and was back to hunting him down.

Hr had managed to avoid any other doorway encounters by using  a combination of strategically rotating hallways and flashing the occasional monster.

For Blam, flashing him seemed to freeze him in place. Flashing the Owl stunned her for a short time. Flashing Grunkfuss increased his patience meter and made him move slower. It didn't appear to do anything for Flumpty.

He hadn't had the chance to flash Eyesaur yet, as he became active just a minute ago. He was also running low on camera flashes. He only had 5 left.

Jeremy had stopped Eyesaur with lasers when he showed up a short while ago. He even heard him coming down the hallway because of his loud footfalls.

Presently, Jeremy was watching him on the cameras, when all the sudden, he just vanished into thin air.

He flipped through the cameras, trying to find where he went, until he suddenly stumbled upon a confusing sight.

Flumpty and all of his friends were all gathered in the same room. He curiously watched that camera. Flumpty and Kevin appeared to be talking to the other three.

Then, a translucent map of the building suddenly appeared in front of The Owl, The Eyesaur, and Grunkfuss. It looked exactly like the mini-map Jeremy had in his monitor.

Jeremy's heart sank as Flumpty pointed at the exact room he was in. The group chatted a bit more before the Owl flew down a hallway. Grunkfuss ran down a hallway after the Owl. After her, Blam. Flumpty teleported away.

Oh... fuck...

Panic enveloped him. He could hear his heart beating in his chest.

They know where I am, they know where I am,

they know where I am, he thought panically.

He switched to a camera that showed the hallway they all went down. As soon as he flipped to that camera, he saw the Owl zoom out of the cameras view. Grunkfuss was crawling on the wall on all fours behind her, and Kevin and Eyesaur were trailing behind him.

The hallway they were all traveling down led to a dead end; it was blocked by a rotated hallway. However, there was a portal by that dead end.

One by one, all four of them entered the portal. The Owl, Grunkfuss, Blam, and finally Eyesaur, who could barely fit through.

Now they were all scattered at different parts of the map.

Luckily, Jeremy had since memorized all the portal locations near his office.

One lead to a circus room, the other a small black and white room, and one lead to the middle of a hallway. Said hallway lead to the center door of his office. All three of them were frighteningly close to his location.
