[Thoughts]

Hey my names Elizabeth  Anne Jones but I go by Liz I'm a kook this is my story lets start at the beginning.

Flash back

13 year old Liz walked into the living room  "hey mom hey dad"
Billy Jones(dad) " hey sweetheart  we need to talk to you its very important  sit down"
Cora jones(mom) " please just listen and don't be upset with us okay"
"Okay I won't mom what's going on"
*cora* "me and your dad are sending you to a boarding school on the main land until u graduate"
"WHAT mom dad that's crazy"
*billy* " please okay we need you to go your to smart for the schools here we want you to get better teachers and classes"
" i guess I am smarter then the kids in my class but why do I need to leave"
*billy* " because it what's best sweetheart  okay it's already been decided your going so go pack we leave in 2 days"
"Yah okay dad"

PRESENT (Liz is 19)
I finally graduated which means I can go home mom and dad always visited but it wasn't the same im currently  on the ferry on My way home dad said they started to remodle the lake house and clean it up bc it's my graduation gift so I can live on my own now that I'm an adult I think it's really cool they are doing that for me  the ferry finally pulled up to  the OBX my home it's an island split in 2 the cut where all the working people live we call them the pouges and figure 8 where I live the people with alot of money we get called kooks I never understood it but it's how it works living in bording school I learned not to judge people off how much money there parents have. Driving down the road towards my house I can see all the same shops and business  it all looks the same I missed it here I finally pull up to the house and park the car and run towards the door I knock so I can somewhat surprise them. Mom opens the door
"SUPRISE"
*cora* omg baby you made it billy honey Elizabeth's here" and pulled me into a tight hug
" mom you know I go by Liz"
My dad finally walks to the door
"Hey dad I missed you guys"
*both* we missed you too now come on get in your car and follow us to the lake house we even bought you a really nice new surf board"
" omg really it better be teal" I yell running to my car
They both laugh and get in there car and we all pull out of the drive way once we finally get there I get out of the car and it's beautiful
"Omg guys this looks amazing I'm so close to the water"
*billy* " it's not done yet but it's livable I'm still cleaning some stuff out because we used it as storage go look around and we will help you bring all your stuff in"

I just laugh and run towards the house it's  amazing has a kitchen and everything with beautiful  marble counter tops  and black and metal colors  and the living room and a big TV and an Xbox with all kinds of games  and  through out the whole house are splashes of teal things because that's my favorite  color. They finally come in lugging all my stuff
" so this is all mine me by myself"
*billy* "yes it is we arn gonna give you a couple rules  you do have your own trust fund you can now access and your own business for groceries and necessities okay rule 1 just don't destroy the place take care of it and 2 if you want someone to move in with you we have to meet them first and give the okay"
" Okay dad I can live with that I love you guys so much thank you for this it's really great but I'm really tired and need a shower and sleep so can I stop by the house tomorrow for lunch and we can hang out and catch up"
*cora* " of course baby we will see you tomorrow around say 11"
" works for me mom see you tomorrow"
