Confrontation

Y/N woke up in a metallic sort of box, with a glass wall directly in front of him. He bolted up , not knowing what was happening.

Y/N: "Hey guys, I think there's some sort of misunderstanding."

He heard the voice of Tails over on a loudspeaker.

Tails: "He's awake."

Y/N also heard the voices of Knuckles and Shadow.

Knuckles: "Who's gonna talk to the dude?"

Shadow: "He's probably sore with me about the bullet."

Y/N was confused? What bullet? He looked down to his leg, and saw a bandage wrapped around it. He instinctively touched it, and pain jolted through him. 

Y/N: "Aagh!"

Tails: "His leg's still hurting. Here, Shadow, you could stay here and call for backup if anything happens. Me and Knuckles'll talk to the guy."

Knuckles: "Do I have to?"

Tails: "You're the strongest out of all of us. Plus, you helped take him down, so that was something."

Shadow: "What's with the sudden display of courage? You seemed scared of him.

Tails: "I was scared of the other dude. Fleetway, I think he said. Plus, Y/N seems pretty cute."

Knuckles: "Tails, he almost murdered countless people. This isn't the time to develop a crush on him."

Shadow: "Knucks is right. Y/N's a threat, so treat him like it. Silver, Blaze and Amy are gone for now, so we don't have backup besides Rouge. And something tells me we won't get a shot like that on Fleetway again."

Tails: "We'll talk about the crush later, just come on, Knuckles!"

Knuckles: You're blushing!

Y/N realized they'd soon be coming to check on him. He looked around to see if he could get out, but there was nothing in the cell except a camera. Before he knew it, they'd arrived, standing outside the glass panel separating them.

Tails: "Hello, Y/N. The bandage seems to have held up."

Y/N: "Yeah."

Y/N was having a hard time processing what was happening in the moment.

Knuckles: "Spill it. What'd you do with the chaos emeralds?"

The female echidna was confident, and it seemed that she had experience in interrogations.

Y/N: "Huh? What're those?"

Knuckles: "Don't play dumb, pal. They've been missing ever since we got you, and they're dangerous. Tell us, or we'll have to-"

Tails: "That's enough, Knucks."

Knuckles gave Tails a slight arm punch.

Knuckles: "You told me to play bad cop!"

Tails: "I'll handle it, just shut up for a second."

Knuckles groaned, and Y/N was just wondering where he was.

Y/N: "I think I should be asking questions."

Tails: "Yeah? Ask away."

Y/N: "Where the hell am I, why am I here, what are chaos emeralds, and who's Fleetway?

Tails: "Wait, the very last thing. You don't know Fleetway?"

Knuckles: "The idiot's trying to trick us."
