After the transformation, the flow of the rainbow galaxy-like energy are going around him and his visor brightens up

"'When the one destined to stoke the fire of the first Seiken forged by human hands appears, a Seiken with the power to connect the stars and lead this tale to its conclusion will be born.' That's the legend of Haouken Xross Saber," Tonare said
"If so, then use it!" Ryan said
Isaac laughs at him, "You'd think you can change it!? The ending has already been written!"
"The ending can be changed, believe that!" Victor slides the Emblem up the blade to one of the three circles on the pointy blade before pulling the trigger which all of the Seiken emblems appeared before sliding it back down and pulling the trigger again to execute the attack
"Haou! Xross Star Intense Slash!"
Light blue energy and multicolored sparkles surround the Haouken Xross Saber before Victor performs a violet energy slash. Copies of the ten Seiken then appear in a line above Saber alongside their respective emblems. He then swings his sword again, causing the ten Seiken to fly into the air. Far above the earth, the Seiken line up while images of their users appear behind them before separating.
They all went to the giant book and he swings it again to make all of the Seiken to destroy the book. It successfully destroyed it and Isaac reaction was shocked at the power
"Even if you destroy it, this cloud remains the same and I have to destroy you!" Isaac said before closing the book and press the button twice
"Solomon Stlash!"
A giant version of the Omni Force Wonder Ride Book appears in the air and summons numerous giant copies of Caladbolg, some of which transform into King of Solomon and land on the ground
