It has been six months since the engagement. Fatima and Paris finally sat down and discussed the wedding date. She agreed to August 3, 2024. That's exactly a year away. Fatima calls the girls to come over to start wedding planning.

"Summer wants us to come over to her house to have the meeting." Said, Fatima.

"She just wants to show off," Lori rolled her eyes.

"Well, she is the Matron of Honor, Lor."

"Why did you choose her again T?"

"Because she is one of my best friends, Paris's twin, and my soon-to-be sister-in-law."

They all arrive at Summer's mansion. This will be their first time seeing it. She hadn't invited anyone over because she wanted to get it furnished a little more first.

"Wow! This is gorgeous," Fatima said.

"It is nice," Andi also said.

"Let me give you all a tour," the ladies follow Summer around the house. After the tour, she takes them to her serenity room. It is one of the spare bedrooms she ended up making into her glamour room.

They all have a seat while Summer goes to get the wine.

"Look at her bougie ass."

"Lori! Keep on and she will kick you out," Fatima warns her.

"Whatever."

She returns with the wine. "Let's get started. Fatima where is the location, what are the wedding colors, we need to start looking at dresses."

"Um chill," Lori snaps.

"Fatima you better get your friend," Summer stands up.

"You two sit down," Fatima said. "Really?"

Andi had to hold Lori back from laying Summer out.

"Now the location is my dad's church. I wanted a destination wedding, but Pop will be upset."

"So, the church it is," Joked Andi.

"Fatima, when do you make your own choices?" asked Lori. "This is your wedding."

She looks at Lori with sad eyes. Lori is every bit right. "Can we go wedding shopping next weekend? Is that good for everyone?" Asked Fatima.

Everyone agreed.

They continue to discuss the wedding and then they discuss other things.

Fast forward 4 months before the wedding

It's a Saturday morning, and she and Paris have been working out a lot to get fit for the wedding. She gets up to do her morning routine when Paris calls her.

"Hey Paris, I'm almost ready. Are we meeting or are you picking me up?" She asked.

"Change of plans. We are going house hunting. Get dressed and I will pick you up in an hour."

"Ok." Fatima thought, house hunting already. Anyway, let me get dressed. She throws on a sundress instead. An hour later he picks her up.

"I thought we weren't going to buy a house until after we get married?" Asked a curious Fatima.

"Yeah, that was the plan, but Spring (his nickname for Summer) gave me the information for her realtor. I'm a ready babe. I mean if you're ready."

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to look."

"Besides I've been talking back and forth with the realtor. One of the houses I wanted to look at has an open house today."

They arrive at the house.

"Ok. It looks nice," Fatima tries to sound more enthused. The house looks nice but not her style of choice. Lately, it's been all about Paris and she barely gets a say.

They are waiting in the driveway and as soon as the realtor arrives they get out of the car to greet him.

"Hi Mr. Johnson," Zac reaches out to shake his hand.

"Hi Zachary Taylor, this is my fiancé, Fatima."

Zac stares at Fatima, seeing a familiar face but not knowing where he saw her from.

"Nice to meet you, Fatima. Have we met before?" He asked.

Fatima knew exactly where they met but she played it cool. "Not that I know of. They say I have one of those familiar faces."

"Well let's go on in and check out the house." After they finished touring the house, Paris got a phone call.

"I'm sorry I need to take this call," said Paris.

"That's fine, I will have Ms. Fatima show me her favorite part of the house," Zac smiles. "You lead the way, ma'am."

Fatima walks upstairs to the master bathroom. "Honestly Zac this is the only part of the house I like and I'm not even that fond of it."

"I know where we met," said Zac. "Club Eden, you're Madam's cousin."

"Yep, you got me."

"Well, I can't forget a pretty face like that." He looks her up and down. Fatima has body for days and now that she has been hitting the gym, the curves are hitting.

Fatima blushes, "Well I am engaged."

"I know, but I can't give you a compliment?" He asked as Paris walks in.

"I've been looking all over for you guys."

"Yeah Fatima said this is the only part of the house she likes," Zac says.

Fatima is a little upset that Zac told him that.

"Oh babe we still have the other house, I'm sure you'll love it."

"Come on love birds. Let's go look at the other house."

They follow Zac to the other house which isn't any better, it's another "Paris" choice.

Zac inserts himself. "How about we keep looking? I want to find you two a house that will suit both of you. You know if the ladies are happy, we're happy," Zac gives Paris a hint.

"You're right," said Paris looking at Fatima.

"How about next Friday? We meet at my office, and I can get an idea of what Fatima's style of house is since I already know your style, Paris."

"I won't be able to make it that weekend. I have a meeting across town, but how about you go ahead and meet with him T," Paris suggests.

"Sure, I can do that." Fatima is a little excited to see Zac again.

"It's a deal. I will see you soon. Here is my card, Fatima. You two have a great day," Zac gets in his car.

"Thanks, man." Said Paris.

They all get in their cars and go their separate ways. Paris and Fatima stop to get something to eat and then he drops her off at home.
