It is one day before the wedding, rehearsal day. The entire wedding party is there, the groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, the parents, etc.

"I've been calling Fatima all morning, she has not been answering," said Summer.

"I told ya'll she is not coming," said Paris.

Andi and Lori are just watching and listening. They haven't heard from Fatima either, but they figured she was with Zac somewhere.

Lady Pat gives orders. "Everyone I need you to get in place. We still need to practice. I'm pretty sure my daughter will show up."

"I love Mrs. Pat, but she is delusional," Lori said to Andi.

"Mama this is crazy; we are doing all this for what? Fatima ain't even here." Fatima's brother, Patrick said.

"Alright now Patrick, watch your mouth," Pastor said.

"Paris, can you try calling her?" asked Mama Johnson.

"Oh, she's not going to answer for me," he said.

Lori chimes in. "If she won't answer for the groom, then this wedding is dead."

Lady P shoots her a look.

"EVERYONE OUT! NOW!" screamed Lady Pat.

"Mrs. Pat are you okay," asked Summer.

"No this is so messed up, what am I supposed to tell everyone? All this money, time, and energy I put into this wedding."

Everyone leaves the church.

"Fred, take me home," she ordered.

He does just that. Lady Pat goes to her bedroom and shuts the door.

After a few hours, Lady Pat made an announcement. She wanted to have a dinner party for those that traveled across town to get there. She let the wedding party know. Paris' mom and Summer agree to call everyone to apologize and to give everyone the update.

She refused to call Madam to see where Fatima was. She asked Andi, Lori, and Summer to go find out if she is there.

They all arrive at Madam's house.

Summer goes to the door and Madam answers.

"Hello." Summer said sort of scared.

"Yeah, can I help you?" Madam asked.

"Umm, I am Summer. Paris' sister and Fatima's friend.

"Ok, and you are at my door because?" Madam asked.

Summer gets straight to the point. "Have you seen her, Fatima? I was told she was last seen with you."

"Well, last I heard Fatima was a grown woman. If she wanted anyone to know where she was then she would call or text."

"Is she okay, though? Her wedding is tomorrow."

Madam looks at her like, Haffa did you not just hear what I told you? "Ma'am, Summer, Fatima is not here. Please get off my doorstep.

Summer gets back in the car and asked. "Should we do a missing person's report?"

Lori responds, "Chic, aren't you a doctor? How come you never talk like you got a bit of damn sense?"

"Girl, who are you talking to?"

"Hey, ladies. Can you two chill?" asked Andi.

"Bougie, bitch. You sure you ain't Lady P's daughter," Lori said in a whisper loud enough so Summer could hear her.

"Ooh, can I please smack her?" asked Summer.

"Do it. I've been waiting for you to touch me so I can knock you out," said Lori. For the last few years, I've just been tolerating you because of Fatima. When she and Zac get back..."

"LORI!!" Andi interrupts.

Lori catches herself.

"Who is Zac?" asked Summer.

Andi answers. "Don't worry about it let's just go back to Mr. and Mrs. Wilson's."

They drive back to give Lady Pat the news. "Summer please don't tell Mrs. Pat. Fatima will kill us," said Andi.

"I won't A. Only because Tima is my friend, too. Besides I need her to tell me what's going on."

When they get to the house, they all tell Lady Pat that Fatima wasn't there.
