Chapter 14

(Liam's POV)

Today is the day. My Alex's twentieth birthday. Last night was pretty hectic, but I doubt any of them will remember. I just decided to forget it and move on to make her birthday a amazing as possible. I had a plan for today, but first I have to make her breakfast.

I walked into the kitchen only to find Niall, raiding the pantry, cupboards, drawers, fridge, anything with food in or on it.

"Niall! What the hell are you doing?" I tried to say as stern as possible. I have to uphold my daddy direction reputation don't I?

He turned around with three crisps hanging put of his mouth, his eyes wide. "Oh, um, I, I'm, was hungry and decided to get something to eat."

"And it turned into a full feast all by yourself?" I said smirking.

Niall said nothing, just nodded. Then Bryana walked in.

"Niall, last night was amazing. You were gr-" she broke off when she looked at me. her hair was a mess, she was wearing one of Niall's Jack Willis t-shirts, and shorts. At,east I hope she was wearing shorts. I stood there, looking back and forth from her to Niall, both getting a darker shade of red every time I looked at them.

"Oh hey Li! I didn't know you were there! Hehe." She said. Them I burst out laughing. They both got even redder.

Before Nialler could top me I yelled throughout the whole house, "Nialler just got some guys!"

A few seconds later, I heard Louis and Harry shout from the game room, "yeah! Get it Niall!" Them Zayn shouted, "that's my boy!"

I was on the floor laughing. Niall was tackling me and Bry was trying to hide her smile.

When we had all calmed down, Niall and Bryana went to the store to buy Alex's present from Niall since he didn't get her anything yet. I swear, that little leprechaun can be such a weirdo sometimes.

I went over to the fridge, got eggs, milk, bacon, and orange juice. I made Alex some scrambled eggs, and French toast along with bacon. It smelled so good. The boys were watching me and complaining about me not making any for them. So, to shut them up, I gave them the extras. I secretly made enough for them but didn't feel like telling them that.

When I was finished and had everything in a tray table, even some Advil, I went over to Alex's place, got the key from her secret hiding place in the pot with chrysanthemums in it, and went I to her room. When I opened the door I saw her sleeping with a small smile on her face. I set the tray down on her desk, and went over to the bed. When I sat down, her smile vanished. Her face stayed so beautiful and peaceful.
