Something that...

★☆★☆★

Yesterday went amazingly with my parents, they texted me once they reached their hotel that they really liked him and it was a huge step up after Marco. This made me happy to hear because I really did like Pablo, despite the two misunderstandings, but besides that, I am sure nothing more will happen, maybe I should just relax my guard for a little while, Marco was someone but Pablo is someone else, they are not the same, they are far from being the same. To be honest, Lucia is to blame for the whole situation, not Pablo.

Today, however, literally a few hours ago, Pablo invited me for a dinner date, it was a popular seafood restaurant that sits by the pier. These are seriously some of my favorite restaurants, especially in the evening. It's just so nice and relaxing. This was the last day of my week break, but I must say this past week was full of events, way too much had happened for sure, we can ignore the event at the training grounds, but other than that everything else that happened was really a lot of dun, especially with Joao, who I can't wait to see again!

I must say I was excited for tonight, but 'Tonight' was still a few hours away so I just decided to restock the house with groceries and clean around the house since I had not in a while. Besides he was due to be at training almost the whole day so we decided to meet there anyway, that was fine with me anyway, I didn't mind. I was currently in the car driving towards my local supermarket to grab some things I need for the upcoming weeks, I did have a long list, which was annoying but it was my fault for not doing it earlier, oh well at least I could waste some time here. Perfect!

Once I arrived, I parked my car, grabbed my bag, and went for the entrance of the store, I grabbed a trolley first however before making my way in, thank goodness it wasn't that bust today because I really hate shopping when it's busy, hence why I don't go out during sales, it's pure chaos and it's not worth it at times, I really don't mind paying the extra few euros for online shipping, it's way better than in person in my opinion when it comes to sales. Anyway, I stepped inside the store and immediately went for the produce section because that's where half the items, not more on my list come from.

After I think about an hour and a half later, I moved to different aisles, I didn't stay as long in each considering it was just picking up snacks here and there, but as I was shopping some people did recognize me, asking for photos as well, I happily took them, they were so sweet as well and really happy. I just hoped it was because of my career and not because I was seen as the girlfriend of a famous football player. Yeah the hate comments aren't always as funny, but I will not let them get to me, it's not worth it to read them and let them ruin my mood.

Three hours later, give or take, I had finally gathered everything I needed, my trolley was full to the top, I was worried I would have to get another one, but thank goodness I didn't, anyway I paid for everything that I had and left the store. It was almost one o'clock in the afternoon so I decided to get food on the way home, why not some pasta? You could never go wrong with that, that's for sure. Besides just ten minutes from my house there is a restaurant that makes really good pasta, so why not, besides I couldn't be out for too long since I had groceries that needed to be refrigerated anyway.

After another hour spent on the road, I finally arrived home, groceries in the back and some good-smelling food in the passenger seat next to me, sure I could have ordered but it was on the way back to my house so what's the point in not stopping? Anyway once I reached my house, I grabbed the grocery bags all in like three trips, placing them all on my kitchen island before grabbing my bag and the pasta I was just dying to eat.
