Nick Fury sat at his desk looking through the file in front of him. It was surprisingly light for a SHEILD file. It contained only the following: Name- Nico di Angelo Mother- Maria di Angelo (deceased) Father- unknown Siblings- Bianca di Angelo (deceased) Height- 5 feet 6 inches Hair color- black Eye color- brown Age- 15 Skin color- white Place of Residence- unknown Also included was a school photo. It depicted a small skinny boy in a school uniform. The date at the top caught Nick's eye it was dated 4 years ago. '4 years is a long time to be off SHEILD's radar, it's nearly impossible' Nick thought. He quietly read on with renewed interests. Finally finished reading Nick sat back and sighed. 'A 15 year old kid suspected of being a terrorist. The subject was dangerous, very dangerous. All other attempts to impede him had failed. Is he enough of a threat to call the Avengers?' all these thought ran through Nick's head in a moment before he stood up and strutted off the the conference room paging all of the Avengers, except Thor who was away on Asgard, and Agent Hill as he went.

Nick had just debriefed the assembled agents when Agent Romanoff asked "Director why are you sending us, I know you want us to apprehend him but why us specifically" "Because the subject has evaded all other attempts to detain him. Now you all will be on the ground apprehending the subject while Hill monitors you from base. Any further questions?" Fury responded.  No one spoke up although Tony smirked at the thought of a teenager being able to defeat the Avengers, the Avengers stood and walked out, heading for the hanger while Hill headed for the control room.

Nico was standing in front of Leo's grave at a cemetery in New York. Of course Leo wasn't really there Nico knew he wasn't really dead but everyone else at camp thought he was and so the campers had made a grave for Leo in the demigod portion of the cemetery. 'Where are you Leo I know you're not dead but I just can't understand where you are if you're not with any demigods. You really should come home.' Nico thought to himself. Suddenly without looking up Nico sensed 5 people approaching.Turning around Nico saw a women with distinct red hair in a black bodysuit, a high tech metal suit hovering above the ground that had a soul so he assumed there was someone inside, a vaguely familiar man in a suit that resembled the American flag, a man dressed in black with a bow in his hand, and a nervous looking man that was standing slightly behind the others. "Nico di Angelo?" the man in the flag suit stepped forward and asked. "Who wants to know" NIco asked back. "SHEILD would like to take you in for questioning" The flag man responded. "You can either come willingly or forcefully either way you coming" the metal suit spoke out. "I really don't feel like being interrogated to so I'm going to have to decline your generous offer" Nico said his voice dripping with sarcasm. The suit dropped to the ground and started to approach him as Nico into a ready stance and twisted his skull ring transforming it into his Stygian Iron sword. Nico drew his sword quickly using it to deflect several arrows aimed at him from the man with the bow. He ducked as a shield came flying his was and jumped up doing a flip as a blast was sent his way by the metal suit. Nico wasn't even really trying. ' why am i even staying here I could just shadow travel back to camp' Nico thought as he dogged more attacks this time coming from the red head in the catsuit. 'The kid looks almost bored' Steve thought as he grabbed his shield. Suddenly Nico bolted into the treeline. 'Where is he going' Natasha wondered. Nico of course was shadow traveling back to camp. Nico popped out in the Hades cabin. He was really grateful that it no longer tired him to shadow travel. Since his father had blessed him after the war using all of his underworld powers was easier and they didn't drain him of his energy like they used too. Nico got settled into his bed for the night falling asleep thinking about the costumed strangers that had attacked him.

Meanwhile back at the graveyard, the Avengers were utterly confused. One minute their target was there and the next he wasn't. Not even the heat trackers in Tony's suit could find him it was like he just disappeared. "Well he isn't here anymore. We might as well go back to the tower"Clint said. "I know I just can't figure out how the kid got away" Tony said frustrated. In fact all the Avengers were frustrated and a little embarrassed at letting the kid get away.
