*VIRGINIA'S POV*

I woke up on time this morning. After being late yesterday, I decided it wouldn't be a very good idea to continue that trend today. Or else my boss might make me work. the weekend. And that would NOT be okay.

I guess I fell asleep kinda early last night. Oh well.

I checked my phone, but the alarm hasn't gone off yet. Probably because it was only 6 in the morning. I must have fallen asleep REALLY early. Since it was so early and I wasn't due to work for another two and a half hours I decided to go for a morning jog.

I got dressed, brushed my hair and my teeth, and grabbed my iPhone. Now that I have my music I was ready to begin.

~~~~~
I came back from my jog and surprisingly wasn't gone that long. I hopped in the shower and then continued to get ready. I still had extra time when I was ready, so I decided to put in eyeliner and mascara. I outlined my eyes perfectly in eyeliner and then it was time to go. Deciding to walk to work this morning, it took me a tad bit longer but I still made it on time.
My first customer was a VIP member at our salon and looked to be in his mid-40's. I went through all the motions of his usual haircut, but decided to spice it up a little.
"Sir, I was thinking. Would you mind if I touched up your roots? You're starting to get grey hairs and that wouldn't be very good for business, now would it"
He sat there thinking for a couple seconds before agreeing. "Sure. I trust that you won't mess it up?"
"Of course not. I'm a trained professional sir." With that, I began the colouring process.
Twenty minutes later, I slowly took the apron off of my client so as not to get any hair clippings or hair dye on him. I twirled his chair towards the mirror so he could see the end result, which included a styling. Just so he could really see the greatness of his new hair.
"I like it. Thank you very much. You're really good."
"Well thank you. I love working with hair."
"Here's my card. If you ever need a new job, I'm willing to hire you. My boys would really need a great hair stylist like you. Just give me a ring whenever you need something new. This job promises to keep you on your feet."
I glanced at the card that was now in my hands. SIMON COWELL?! How did I not recognise him earlier? Gosh Virginia. Remain calm.
"Thanks. I'll make sure to give you a ring. Probably sometime soon too."
"Great. So how much do I owe you for all this?" Simon motioned towards his hair.
"I'll take you at the register. " after fumbling with the buttons on the register. "Your total will be $43.95"
Simon handed me a fifty dollar bill and I made change for him. "Here you go. Please come again."
"Hopefully I won't have to. Seriously, think about my offer." Simon said before walking out the door and to his fancy car.
He left me in a daze. I really hate working here, but if I take a job with Simon Cowell I might be working at a variety of places. Who knows if and when I'll be able to see Harry.
~~~~

It was the end of my shift and I had made my decision. I would put in my two weeks notice today and call Simon Cowell for that job. I'm sure he didn't expect me to act so quickly, oh well.

After I put in my notice and drove to McDonald's to get lunch, I rang Harry to tell him the good news. He picked up after three rings.

"Hey babe."
