"Who is Jeno?"

The boy was stunned. He had no idea what he was supposed to say to the girl. Mark finally realized what was happening. It was the after effects of what had happened six months ago. He took a guess that the pain in her back was from the horrible experience she went through with getting her wings removed, as all fallen went through the process. But what didn't make sense to the boy was why it was hurting her all of a sudden.

On the other hand, Mark wasn't too sure about how the memory removal works, but what he did know was that sometimes there were small flaws in it, such as remembering a face or name. Something small from your past as an angel. Being the high angels brother, had allowed Mark himself to retain his memories after his banishing, which he was more than grateful for.

And at the name that had come out of the girls mouth, Mark wasn't sure how to feel. He missed the people he spent his entire life with, but things happen that you can't always control. So with a sigh, Mark stood up and slowly pulled the girl up with him. "Come on Jiah, we're going to be late to class." And just like that, the girl had already forgotten the name and face of the brown haired boy that had appeared in her vision.

"Jiah! Over here!" At the sound of a familiar voice, the girl turned around, only to spot one of her friends, Bae Soojin. Jiah smiled widely waving at the older girl as she grabbed a food tray. She made her way over to the table in the corner, sitting down next to her friend. "Hello Soojin! How has your day been so far?" Jiah asked, genuinely curious about the olders day.

Soojin smiled adoringly at the girl, ruffling the girls hair. "My day has been fantastic Ji, how has my little angel been?" At that, the girl pouted, "Stop acting like I'm so much younger than you. You're only two years older." Soojin laughed shaking her head, "Where's that sidekick of yours?"

"You mean Mark?" Jiah questioned, her eyebrow raised. Soojin nodded, taking a bite of the rice cake on her plate. "He always has a class when we have lunch. You should know this by now." The younger scoffed, rolling her eyes playfully. "Yah! Don't roll your eyes at me!" Soojin yelled, shaking her fist playfully, "I was only asking, because I know how much you like to talk about Mark." Soojin teased.

At that, Jiah glared at the girl, "Of course. He's my best friend. He saved me, when I didn't even know I needed saving." To Jiah, Mark was something that she couldn't have made it without. He was truly the only thing that got her through something that even she knew nothing about. The girls past was a mystery, especially to herself. She couldn't remember barely anything, except for Mark. His face and name was something that she could understand, something that felt familiar, like home. He was important to her.

At the topic that was brought up, a frown now made its way on the girls face. The older sighed, patting Jiahs back, "I know, I'm sorry. Now no moping around! We have actual good food today!"

Before Jiah could reply an arm was slung over her shoulder, "Hello ladies! I heard that there will be two new students joining tomorrow."

"In the middle of the semester?" Jiah asked in shock staring at the newcomer. "I mean it's not that shocking if you think about it. It is college after all." Soojin shrugged, unbothered by the news. Jaemin scoffed, "Yeah, but it's our college, Neo University, and not just anyone can join, less on in the middle of a semester."

"I guess you're right." Soojin said. "As always." The boy smirked earning a smack on the back of the head from the girl. Jiah just laughed at the two, "Well, my next class is about to start. See you guys!" The girl waved, leaving her two bickering friends behind.

Jiah didn't make it far from the cafeteria when a wolf whistle was heard. Rolling her eyes, she tried to ignore it and continue on to her class, but that proved to be futile. "Well if it isn't little miss Kwon Jiah." The boy smirked, throwing his arm over the girls shoulder. "Please leave me alone Donghyuck." The girl who was too nice for her own good, politely pushed the boys arm off her shoulder. Fastening her pace and leaving the three stunned boys behind.

"She still doesn't remember?" Jisung asked. "Of course she doesn't. They fucking wiped her memories. Just give it up already you two." Renjun growled walking off in the same direction as the girl had went.  Donghyuck and Jisung shared a concerned look. "He's hurting." Jisung mumbled. "Of course he is." Donghyuck scoffed, "The love of his life disappeared for months only to show up at our school with no memory of him at all."

Jisung only sighed shaking his head, "Come on before he does something stupid."
