It has been three days since James wanted to ask me to be his date at Yule Ball. Or so Draco said.

I still can't believe it, though. James and I haven't talked about it since. But I noticed him shooting me some glances at dinner from time to time. He didn't mention this topic anymore, either. I was expecting him to ask me, but he didn't. Maybe Draco was wrong and James didn't actually want to ask me.

"Open up far," Draco says as he holds a strawberry right to my lips. With a big smile, I listen and part my lips, letting him push the fruit into my mouth. A slight grin appears on Draco's face when my lips wrap around the strawberry in his fingers. "Well that looks sexy."

I roll my eyes, pushing his hand away from me and covering up my mouth while I chew on the fruit. "You are disgusting. How can me eating a strawberry look sexy?"

"Everything you do looks sexy." His eyes widen devilishly while he reaches across the dinner table to grab another piece of strawberry. "Have another one." He says, holding it up to me.

Pushing it away, I shake my head. "No," I hush. "You asshole. Fantasising about me putting strawberries in my mouth? What's next, a banana?"

Draco's lips shoot up very slowly as he takes in what I just said. His eyes sparkle up with thoughts which I'm not sure I want to know. But before he can even say something about it, I make a disgusted face and turn my head away.

Finally. I see Pansy, Blaise and James walking up to our table.

"What took you so long?" I complain, looking at the three of them.

"We thought we would let you two enjoy your strawberries." Blaise winks at Draco and me. Draco doesn't give this sentence much thought, but I turn red. I literally feel the hotness risen in my cheeks as if they were about to start glowing any moment.

How much do they know? Well, Pansy knows. But did Draco tell Blaise anything about us? About the sex? I mean, Draco and I weren't close enough for him to talk about me with his friend. He still didn't talk to me about anything that happened. He never mentioned anything, so neither did I. And to be honest I am okay with the concept we have.

We fuck, lay in bed for a while and then I leave. He was right, it wasn't that hard to follow. Three easy steps.

Except sometimes, it was a little harder than other times. Sometimes, Draco kisses me like I'm the oxygen he was so eager to breathe. Sometimes, Draco touches me as if my body was everything he ever dreamed of. Sometimes, he pronounces my name particularly more beautiful than usual. Sometimes, sometimes, sometimes. And in these moments it's harder to follow the rules. In the moments where he makes me feel appreciated, seen and... actually needed.

He makes me feel like he wants me, needs me to function. Like I'm everything.

I have the feeling that occasionally he treats me like someone he cares for, someone he doesn't want to loose. His touch feels different from time to time. One time it's rough, and the other he couldn't be more careful to where to touch me. As if I was out of glass that he might break.

"So, everyone ready for the Ball tomorrow night? I am so excited!" Pansy shouts as she sits down next to me.

"Yeah, of course you are excited. Victor Krum is your damn date," Blaise shakes his head with a chuckle. "What the hell do you see in this turtle?"

Pansy rolls her eyes at him. "Apparently, everything you don't. But with who are you going anyways?"

"Monique Roux," Blaise slightly points at a girl, walking into the great hall. She has dark brown hair and gorgeous green eyes, which shine like an emerald. Next to her three other girls. "Beauxbatons girl."
