Josh's POV:
I walked into the school with my bag slung over my right shoulder as I made my way to my locker. I put my bag away before walking around the school, trying to find Gaege and Eddie. When I found them, they were hidden around the back of the school, and it looked like they were in deep conversation. I walked up to them.
"Hey guys! What are you talking about?" I asked as I slung both of my arms around their shoulders. They looked up at me with a guilty expression.
"Um... N-Nothing." Gaege stuttered and I looked at him with a raised eyebrow.
"You know I know you're dating. If you were talking about sex, just tell me." I stated and they both instantly turned red.
"No, we were just talking about a dinner we had with Gaege's family last night." Eddie replied as he looked over at Gaege. I smiled at them.
"That sounds nice. What happened at the dinner?" I asked and they both shrugged their shoulders probably not wanting to talk about it.
"They just asked Eddie a ton of questions. Eventually they went too far." Gaege replied looking at me before quickly glancing over at Eddie.
"I guess parents are like that. What were they asking?" I asked and Gaege quickly looked down at the ground while Eddie stared at me.
"They asked about marriage and children." Eddie replied and I stared at him in shock. I know those kinds of things we would want in our future but it's way too soon to be asking about it. I hoped that one day Gaege and Eddie would get married and start a family together. Mainly because they were a perfect match and partly because I knew I couldn't have that kind of future with Mully.
"That's not really something you would want to be answering now. Considering you've only been dating since Thursday." I simply said and they both nodded their heads.
"Yeah, anyway, we better head to class. Josh, I'm in class with you. I'll see you at recess babe." Eddie said as he gave Gaege a gentle kiss on the cheek. I smiled at them.
"See you later Eddie and Josh." Gaege replied as Eddie and I split up from him to grab our stuff from our lockers. Once we had we then went to class and waited for the teacher to arrive.
Gaege's POV:
I walked to my class alone and sat down at a free table and opened up my maths workbook. I took a pen out of my pocket and started writing down the different answers to the multiple questions.
"Hey, can I sit there?" I heard someone ask quietly. I looked up and saw a boy with short blonde hair combed over to one side of his face. He had bright green eyes and a warm smile. I then looked down to look at what he had on. He was wearing a white hoodie with a picture of a cat and some black sweatpants. I looked back up at his eyes and smiled.
"Yes, of course. I'm Gaege." I introduced as he slid into the seat beside me.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Jayden." He replied putting his hand out in front of me for a handshake. I kindly accepted and shook his hand. I then let go and went back to doing my work.
"Are you new around here?" I asked still looking down at my book. I heard Jayden put his book on the table beside mine.
"No, I'm just new to this class. I got moved from my last class." He replied and I looked up at him with a question expressed on my face.
"Why'd you move class? What did you do in your last class that they had to move you?" I asked and he looked at me with a small frown on his face.
"I was just having trouble keeping focused due to my friends distracting me." He replied and I slightly frowned. I would hate to get separated from Josh and Eddie.
