God Never Depends On Our Strength

In this context, God tells Moses who He is and what His capable of doing.
God never depends on our strength because we are weak and limited compared to him. We fall short of His glory and need His TSRNEGH and HIS Wisdom.
God reassures us that we don't need to depend on ourselves. We don't need to figure it all out or be able to handle it but we can lean on who he is and what he's capable of doing which is the impossible made possible.
We can depend on an all-mighty God to do things we are fallen humans can't and we can rely on his character to do the very thing he has promised that he'll never leave us or forget about us.
