At first the man ignored my pleas but I told him that he could follow me if he liked he let me down and told Denise to follow me to.the attic to be honest I was glad he didn't follow me since having a unknown man in my safe space felt scary .
I began climbing upstairs and Denise followed me she then followed me in my room and took out a camera and began taking pictures of my moldy smelly old room and while she was occupied I went into the hidden cubby and took out five bags of my earning and some jewelry gifted to me by freder and Bennett and I also removed the bag of goods prepared by freder
I packed a bag of my measly belongings when Denise saw how little possessions I had she sent me a look of sympathy she then took my belongings in the suitcase and we headed down the stairs.
The man then told my mum that he was taking me to stay with her sisters and if he ever saw her near me again then she would regret it mom shrugged her shoulders and said
"Who said I care about her shes his child and I never wanted her anyway she ruined my life to me shes dead and goodluck trying to convince my freak sisters that shes my child since like him they didn't know either that I was carrying his spawn of hell inside me "
Mom cackled and her words hurt me so much that tears began streaming down my face my heart felt like it was shattering into a million pieces i then asked her something that I had wanted to ask her for a while but never had the heart to ask before today
"Did you ever love me at all mommy didn't you ever appreciate anything I ever did for you"
I began asking her between sobs mom looked at me and for a second I thought I saw something akin to sadness in her eyes before ot vanished as fast as it showed mom put her nose up at me and said
No I never wanted you in the first place to me you were the result of a one night stand gone wrong for all I care they can do whatever they want to you"
Mom turned around and just as she walked off I heard freder she sounded pissed and demanded to know who these people were and by what right they had taking me from my little town
"Who are you and why are you so concerned about Tanya "
"I practically raised that babygirl as my own and I would have continued raising her if her no good junkie mom hadn't threatened to have me arrested for kidnapping i love this baby girl but who the fuck are you and where are you taking this sweet child"
The man looked stunned at freders admission that she had practically raised me and when he looked my way i nodded to confirm that Mrs freder had indeed raised me as her own the man let out what I assumed was a smile and then told Mrs freder
"First of all I want to thank you for raising Tanya as your own when her own mother abandoned her and second of all you need not worry for we are Tanyas family from her biological fathers side"
Mrs freder looked stunned at the revelation and then looked between me and the man I thought was my father and then she looked between me and the man whose name I still didn't know But I could tell that Mrs freder was still wary and I guess the man knew that Mrs freder didn't trust him so that's when Denise stepped forward she smiled at Mrs Freder and said
"Cliff speaks the truth he is the biological uncle to Tanya his brother Eric and jolie met as teenagers and they began dating for a while and were frequently intimate Eric really loved Jolie and wanted to marry her when they were older but he didn't know that Jolie was in love with wealth instead of him she left him and her family without ever revealing she was pregnant "
"If you all didn't know that Jolie was pregnant with Tanya then how did you all find out"
"Eric wasn't over Jolie for years but eventually remarried someone of his parents choosing and he began forgetting about Jolie we also forgot about her and him until Eric wanted to gift his wife a family heirloom but on not finding it we began looking at camera footage and found one from 16 years ago in which Jolie had stolen it .
We then began hunting for Jolie and with our best trackers we found her but still had no idea that she had a child until we began confronting her about the theft and that s when Tanya came down from her attic room and cliff saw her and immediately recognised that she was his brothers child "
Mrs freder had finally accepted that I was in no danger and then glared at my mum as she reprimanded her for hiding me in a dirty dusty attic she then swore at my mum and hugged me before telling me
"Baby girl you are so strong and kind your pure despite your mom being the way she is never ever let anyone tell you that your are anything less then who you believe you are.
I love you baby girl and I will miss you like crazy and you have my number if you feel in danger at any time just call I promise I will be there for you in a blink of an eye and don't forget every month about your you know what keep pads on you at all time use condoms if you find some cute boys and begin dating i am gonna miss you"
