Chapter 13-Tanya

I could smell the trouble  about to start and   I kept reminding  myself  that   its was a school and just like the movies  I watched  some  schools had   mean girls  who thrived on chaos anyway I stayed  quiet  and carried on talking to  Gemma and Jenna  .

The girl cleared her throat   and we looked up to.see the girl  put her nose up at us  then I said in the most  sweetest  voice I could  muster

"May we help you  four"

"Candy wants  to sit here so you need to move "

"Whose candy and who are you  and why should we move  spots  for her   we saw the  table first  and   secondly  we don't see  your names on it"

The girls looked pissed but I stayed adamant  because in no way  would I ever ever  move myself  for people   who think there entitled  to order  us around  because they are  too bloody  lazy to find another  spot to sit at.

"You dare  say no  to candy  don't you know who she is "

"No  I don't  but I bet your gonna tell us anyway "

" candy  is  the would be  wife of  a demigod and  I am slendra  the would be  wife  of  one the princes of  hell this is Parker and casey girlfreinds of the prince of  the incubus and the  second  Prince of hell  and you dare say no to  us "

"Yes I do dare to say no because  first things first  I am here to study  and  make  freinds  and second thing is that I really  don't give a griffin's  excrement  of who you all are and   to move from the table that me  and my freinds  found  first  is a hell naw so I ask you again  politely  please go and find another  table  to sit at   and please stop  bothering me and my freinds "

The girls  glared at me and   before I could say  anything   the air became  suffocating  again and I couldn't  breathe  I was grabbing my neck  and  trying to breath  but  nothing  happened I was ready to  withdraw  from my own mind amd let aanya  take over but her voice encouraged  me to fight  back  and she explained  that 8f 8 didnt fight back.today them  my whole life I would remain a target.

I then called upon the magic in my  body and  willed it to help me soon I felt this warm sensation and  by instinct I opened  my mouth and out came fire  it blew towards the mean girls burning there  hair  and distracting them enough thar they stopped  manipulating the  air around  me as they tried to put out my fire  then  I  opened  my mouth to  say something  but this time Ice came out  and froze the girls .

I began feeling guilty  but just as I stepped  forward  I was  pulled back by my freinds while my fathers clean up crew grabbed the frozen girls  and took them away  for a moment  I worried that father might punish them for attacking  me but Maria appeared and reassured me that daddy wasn't  going to do anything  and the clean up crew took the  girls to the infirmary.

  Then  Maria  warned that now  because I fought back  those girls  would be my new enemies  and to watch my back  and practise  fighting  every day  she also told me  to practice  my dragon  magic  so I would get stronger  and quicker  about using it.

I huffed  because I hated   fight lessons and now I had to practice  magic handling   but I nodded  to avoid  Maria asking me  questions  about how I felt  about  practice  and I knew if I said no then Maria would be on me going on about how these lessons  help harness  hidden strengths and such basically  everything daddy drilled into my brain  the summer holidays  I spent with him.

Anyway I think I did a great job acting  so when Maria sat down  and left the subject   I took a sigh of relief  and we began eating   the food here was so delicious   and thanks to the dietary  plan  the nurse gave daddy to  help me  gain weight and not get  sick   eating  i really savoured   bites of food   I   had.

Anyway  after the first  lunch  we  left the canteen and  went outside to relax  it was  beautiful  out and  the lake sparkled  like diamonds   it looked so clean  for  a  lake that had  been around for centuries  and  drank by  animals  also used as a public  toilet when I asked Maria how the  lake  stayed clean   she told me  what I had discovered  last night.

"Oh the lake is home to siren,mermaids,kelpies there magic keeps it clean and pure  from within and magic users  clean it  from the top  its a joint  effort"

 I was so fascinated  by this information  and  it made me happy to learn something  new every day  we sat for a while  and Maria begin talking about the boys  she  liked   she told us that there were twins and both sexy as hell  she told me that they were both  horse shifters  I was  curious  about  what sexy as hell  meant   because again  I was sheltered  from   everything  for years .

I began blushing  but asked anyway  Maria was so kind   she told me that  sexy was another way when girls told people  that  they were attractive   she then  followed  up by showing  me an example  she called  the pair of twins she was just talking about  and said

"Hey Jacob and Gareth  loved the game  today and you both looked sexy as always "

I was stunned when the twins blushed and then have Maria stunning smiles  then I looked towards, Maria  who began fanning  herself   i giggled  and  said

"Hey mari  they seemed  very happy with your praise so why don't you go and ask them out  I could tell by the way they looked at you that they really  like you too.
