The anonymous lady was later found to be Lili's cousin. She told Lili and the others that she could hide them and then right before they got there was when she had contacted the police. They later found Matthew in a park hanging out with some kids. They took him in for questioning but he was later released because the cops couldn't find any evidence that Matthew was involved in any of this. They later found his fingerprints on a gun that was found to be the murder weapon from Liliana's death. They arrested Matthew and the rest of his family and sentenced them to life. It was later found out that Mark and Cornelia were married and they had been for ten years. Mark hated his first wife so he got married to Cornelia along with his other wife and their kids. So they were both sentenced to life in prison with no bail and what was left of the families lived on like nothing had ever happened. No one ever spoke of Lili, Cornelia, or Matthew again.
