Now the story
I woke up from Jacob grabbing me pulling my back against his chest, I smiled feeling him kissing my neck, he moved his hand to my waist down to my stomach.
Jacob: good morning sweetheart. He said rubbing my stomach
María: morning Jacob I said rubbing his arm
Jacob: how did you sleep sweetheart. He said sitting up on his forearm
María: good I said laying down on my back
Jacob: good He said leaning down to me pecking my lips
He moved down to my stomach kissing it before he laid his head down on my stomach hugging my waist, I played on my phone feeling those cramps, he whined quietly as I moved my hips also arching my back slowly, when I looked down Jacob was asleep, so I got up somehow not waking him up, I went into the bathroom holding my stomach, I took my pants off and panties sitting on the toilet before I felt a little leaking, I played on my phone as the cramps slowly stopped but the leaking didn't, after a while I grabbed a pad putting it on before I left the bathroom.
Jacob: we have a doctors appointment today don't forget. He said rubbing my waist
María: okay I said with a small smile
Jacob: okay come here He said opened his arms
I laid next to him pecking his lips.
María: when is it I said rubbing his arm
Jacob: uhh fuck one. He said his eyes widen
I giggled before I got up heading to the closet picking a outfit other then half naked.

I followed him behind as he was fiddling with his keys trying to find his. Should I tell him I'm bleeding. I know it's not normal but not to be rude but his mom had three miscarriages so he should know what is normal and not normal right?
Jacob opened the door for me kissing my hea before I got in, I smiled pecking his lips before he closed the door getting in on his side, he took my hand kissing the back of it as he passed the gates.
