As we stop to set up camp at a abandoned ruin, as I saw Sokka snugged into a sleeping bag beside Appa clearly he got sick from the storm the day before. Cause I he was coughing and sneezing and running a fever.

"This should bring your fever down." Aang said as he put a towel on his head.

"You know what I love about Appa. His sense of humor." Sokka says delirious.

"That's nice. I'll tell him." she says, "Its funny your better now Manu. You were really sick these pass few day." As She looked at me when Sokka said Classic Appa.

"And now Its Sokka turn to be sick but to be fair he was in the rain when doing so." I say.

"How's Sokka doing?" Aang asks as he enters.

"Not so good. Being out in that storm really did a number on him." she said as we looked at Sokka sniffling pitifully.

"Though its surprising that your not sick Kataara." I said.

"Yeah, although I couldn't find any ginger root for the tea, but I found a map." Aang said as he put out a Map, "There's an herbalist institute on top of that mountain. We could probably find a cure for Sokka there."

"That's a good idea Aang but the issue is that Sokka is sick. And As he is right now he is not fit to travel." I said as I pointed to Sokka being all woozy. "Let's face it.  I was sick but I wasn't looney at all. Compared to Sokka who seems to look like he a drunk a forbidden drink."

"Manu right Aang, he's in no condition for travel. Sokka just needs more rest. I'm sure he'll be better by tomorrow." she said as she also starts to cough.

"Not you too!" Aang whined.

"I said that too early didn't I? Now Kataara you also are getting sick." I say.

"Relax,  it was just a little cough. I'm fi-" She says as she coughs even louder then before.

"That's how Sokka started yesterday. Now look at him! He thinks he's an earthbender!" Aang complain.

"Take that, you rock!" He says as he was  flailing his arms around.

"Aang got a point Kataara. Sokka did start off like that. And he ended acting crazy. So it best for you to get under the covers and sleep." I say. "In the mean time Aang go to that herbalist and get some medicine. I stay behind to watch them."

"Okay Manu. I will be heading out to find some medicine." as he about to fly out he notices lightning coming down "on second thought I better walk."

"See you later Aang. Stay safe." I yelled.

"I will." He called out. "Keep on eye on them Manu."

"Sure thing." I say.

As he heads out to find that herbalist. I stayed behind as Kataara started to become even more sick then she was tis morning.

"Its going to take awhile." I tell them as I put a damp towel on Kataara even though she more levelheaded then Sokka who seems to be drunk on sickness. As I was getting them water for then to stay hydrated I notice a messenger bird heading this way. As It lands on my hand I took the letter that was attached to his feet.

It said : Dear Manu, I hope this letter get to you safely. Zhao has move up the ranks and now he is able to have authority to use the archers to his disposal. He plans to use them to capture the avatar and since you travel with the avatar I felt the need to warn you. Don't lose sight of Aang. You had training with the archers right? So you know how effective they are and how accurate they can hit. So I implore you to watch your back. Sincerely Shiro.
