*ELIJAH'S POV*

Daisy and I lay on the couch together as we watch, Moana. Her pick, she was so excited i could not refuse. My arm his around her shoulder as we sit up-right and she's leaning into me.

I love holding her.

The front door opens and my jaw clenches and eyes harden as i watch my parents walk in the door. Daisy looks at me as she bites her bottom lip anxiously.

"If they say anything to you, ignore them. They are fucking assholes, understood?" I mutter lowly so only she can hear. She nods slowly.

"Son." My dad nods at me.

I slowly get up, grabbing Daisy's hand and pulling her with me as we walk towards them.

For the first time i've ever seen, i'm first to greet someone. Daisy staying dead silent.

"Mum, dad." I nod to them both holding in my growl.

"This is my girlfriend Daisy."

They both look at her, their eyes trailing up and down her figure. I rub circles on her hand trying to calm her.

I'm sorry, Sunshine.

"You can't just bring girls around here remember."

Don't fucking start.

"The fuck i can. And it's not girls is a girl so shut that hole in your face."

"Language."

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, shit, fucking, dick, piss, ass, slut, cow, fuck."

They both stare at me jaw dropped, eyes wide as i continue rambling swear words. I'm turning into Daisy, if she swore of course.

"Are you done?" My dad growls at me.

"Depends, have you grown up?"

It's not like i would forgive them.

"We just want to have dinner, Elijah." My mum softens.

Don't give in. They hurt you.

"Fine." I mumble. They walk off into the kitchen.

"You can go if you want." I turn to Daisy letting go of her hand and fiddle with the top of her skirt.

"I'll stay."

I snap my eyes to her.

"Really?"

"Yeah." She smiles softly, her dimples still deepening. I lean down kissing her forehead, not wanting my parents to scold me or her any further.

"Remember the other week how i told you about that grumpy guy that came in to the store?"

Fucking fuck.

"It was him wasn't it?" I run my hand through my hair.

She nods.
