4 months later....

Jay POV

Don't worry about a nigga real name. A nigga to hot in these streets, so I gotta lay low. So there ain't really shit y'all need to know about me. Just know not to cross me and you want get fucked up in the end.

"Baeeee!" Nique screamed in my ear. We was chilling at my apartment in South Central.

"Wassup?" I asked her.

"Can you go get me something to eat?".

"What do you want to eat?

She thought about it and said "Steak Out, 2 Chinese egg rolls, a Big Mac, and a McFlurry". I wasn't expecting all of that but then again she is pregnant.

"Okay baby" I said picking up my keys and walking out of the door.

Dominique lucky I love her. Hold up did I just drop the L word? I think I did. Thugs aren't suppose to fall in love. I'm straight slipping. But honestly I ain't give a fuck. She was smart, beautiful, and she stayed down for a nigga. I was gone be there for her and her unborn child.

45 minutes later...

I pulled up to my apartment and turned my car off. I felt something wasn't right. When I approached my apartment the door was wide open and I heard Nique screaming. "Help!"

I placed the food on the table and ran down the hallway to the room.

Nique POV

I was waiting on Jay to come home when I heard a knock on the door. I went to the door and looked through the peep hole and seen a familiar face from my past. My ex boyfriend Vontae was standing at the door. I opened the door.

"You thought you could get away from me?" He asked with a deranged look on his face. I could tell he had been smoking and drinking because I could smell it on him.

"How did you find me" I asked in shock.

"Don't worry" he said looking me over and licking his lips. "Now answer my fucking question. Did you really think you could get away from me?" He continued.

"I..I..I..I.." I stuttered. I was scared. I was praying Jay would hurry up.

"I don't wanna hear that shit" he said. "I see you pregnant too, but you was to good to let me fuck" he grabbed me by my neck. I kicked him in his private and ran into the room. He ran after me and busted into the room. He yoked my hair and pulled me off the bed. He attempted to pull my pants down and I punched him in his eye. "Help!" I screamed. Before I knew it Jay had pulled him off of me and was beating his ahh. After he had enough of that he grabbed his 45 off his hip and shot him in his chest.

"You okay" he asked me.

I felt a sharp pain in my stomach "No" I answered him.

"What's wrong?" He asked with a look of concern on his face.

"The baby" I said with a pained look in my eyes.

Jay picked me up bridal style and carried me to his car. Its a wonder we didn't get pulled over he was going 75 on a 50mph street running every red light. He pulled up to the emergency room and helped me out of the car.

"What's your emergency?' The lady at the desk asked.

"My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and she is experiencing sharp pains" Jay said.

"We'll take her to the back" the nurse said "while you fill out the papers" she told Jay.

He agreed and they wheeled me to a room. They hooked me up to some Iv and machines. Ughh I hate this the pain in my stomach started to worsen.

"Ms. Wells" the doctor said "it looks like the baby is ready to come".

"Where is Dr. James"I asked.

"She is on her way" he said walking out of the room.

10 hours later...

I can't believe my baby girl is here. The doctors had to induce my labor due to the stress I was putting on her. I decided to name her Diamond Marie Morgan. She is 4 pounds 5 ounces 11 inches long. She looked exactly like snook. I tried to call him but he ignored my call so I left a voice mail.

"You look through asf" Jaz said walking into my room with Juicy and Jay.

"Shut up" I laughed.

"I cant believe you're a mommy" Juicy said

"Believe it" I said

I scanned the room and smiled at the flowers and balloons. Then I looked at my family and friends and cried tears of joy. I was so happy. A hour later everyone had left except for Jay. He sat in the corner with a bottle feeding Diamond so I decided to go to sleep.
