Chapter 1~ The new kid

Tom's POV

"Tom! Wake up! You'll be late for school!"

I groaned when I heard my mum yell for me to get up. Don't you just hate school? I mean, the main reason I like to go to school is so I can see my friends!

I know, I know. You go to school to learn shit and get smarter. But to be truthful, I could care less if I get smarter or not.

"TOM!"

"I'm getting up!"

That was when I actually got up from my bed. I don't want to be on my Mum's bad side in the mornings, especially on a Monday.

I looked at my alarm clock to see if I had enough time take a shower.

6:45

Yes! I have enough time. I walked to my dresser and pulled put my clothes for today, then walked to my bathroom.

When I was done taking a shower, I quickly dried off. After I was dry, I put my clothes on.

I wore a plain white tee shirt, with black pants, and a jacket that had a suit design on it.

It was what I usually wear all the time. You should wait with your judging, because at school, people there wear the craziest things I've ever seen!

I looked at my wet, blue hair in the mirror. Yes. I said blue. I lost a bet with my best friend.

Don't ask.

I messed and fixed my hair until I got it the way I liked. Once I was done, I walked back into my room to find my shoes.

After I put my shoes on, I walked downstairs to get some breakfast.

I walked into the kitchen to see my mum. She was eating an apple and she looked angry.

"Morning mum." I said. I walked over to the fridge and got out an apple. The apples in my area are the best! They are grown and handpicked by Farmer Steve.

I help him out a lot at the farm.

"Good morning Tom. What took you so long?" Mum asked me. She finished eating her apple, and threw the core away into the trash.

"I was tired. And I guess I took a longer shower than usual?"

She nodded. "You were in the shower for about fifteen minutes, Tom."

"So that means.." Mum nodded. "I don't want to walk! School is a mile away!"

"Shush! You'll wake up Alice!"

Is she seriously telling me to be quiet when she was the one who was yelling at me to get up?!

I chuckled. "Uh, mum? You should be saying that to yourself. You were the one yelling at me to get up."

She just glared at me. "Hurry up and eat your apple!" Mum rushed me. I finished my apple and threw the core away.

After that I ran to the closet to get my bag out for school. "Bye mum! See you after school!" I yelled then I ran out the door before she could shush me.

Now to begin the horrible walk to school.

When I reached school, I could see my friends waiting on me, sitting on a bench. I walked over to them.

"What took you so long to get here?" Tucker asked me.

So do you remember when I said not to judge about outfits yet?

Well, now you can. Tucker is wearing an Ash Ketchum outfit.

"Yeah. Did you sleep in?" Tucker's girlfriend, Sonja asked me. Sonja was wearing an orange fox hoodie, that had an orange and white tail attached to the back, orange shorts, black shoes, and stripped orange and black knee high socks. She also wore orange and white fox ears.
