Pedri and Gavi arrived at the hospital to visit Nailea. They walked down the hallway in silence, both lost in thought. Pedri was worried about Nailea and what the doctors would say. Gavi was there to support him, but he didn't know what to say.

When they arrived at her room, they both walked in and stared at her. Pedri went to sit next to her, while Gavi stood on the other side of the bed. They were both quiet, letting the sounds of the monitors and machines fill the room with noise.

Pedri watched as Nailea lays there, her eyes closed. He took her hand in his and held it tightly. He didn't know what to say, but he wanted her to know that he was there for her.

Gavi watched from the other side of the bed, not saying a word. He knew that this was a difficult time for Pedri and he wanted to be there for him, but he didn't know what to do.

Pedri and Gavi were both lost in thought, trying to process everything that was happening.

After a few minutes of silence, Pedri spoke up. "I love you," I say to Nailea.

Gavi looked over at him, but didn't say anything. He knew that Pedri needed to say what was on his mind.

Nailea lays there, still unconscious, but the Pedri felt like she could hear him. He held her hand tightly, hoping that she could feel his love and support.

As they sat in silence, a doctor walked in the room. He looked at both of them and then turned his attention to Nailea lying in the bed. He walked over to her and checked the monitors, writing things down on his clipboard.

After a few minutes, Pedri spoke up. "Is there any progress?" I ask, looking at the doctor.

The doctor turned to look at him and then at Gavi who was also now looking at him waiting for him to respond. He took a deep breath before speaking.

"It's very hard to know," the doctor said. "But as of now, her daily check ups are good."

They both nodded, relieved to hear that there was some progress. They had been worried about her and it was good to know that she was doing better.

The doctor continued to write on his clipboard, checking the monitors and making notes. They watched him, hoping that he would have more good news.

After a few more minutes, the doctor turned to them. "I'll be back tomorrow to check on her again," he says. "In the meantime, just keep talking to her and letting her know that you're here for her."

They nodded, grateful for the doctor's advice. They knew that they couldn't do much to help her physically, but they could be there for her emotionally. They would continue to visit her every day and let her know that they were there for her.

The doctor finished writing on his clipboard and then turned to leave the room. They watched him go before turning their attention back to the Nailea lying in the bed.

Pedri looked over at Gavi and noticed that he seemed uneasy. "What's wrong?" I ask.

"I hate hospitals," Gavi replied. "They make me feel so uneasy."

Pedri nodded, understanding how he felt. "Yeah, I know what you mean," I say. "It's not a place that anyone wants to be."

Gavi nodded in agreement. "It's just so sad," he says. "People come here to either survive or die."

Pedri thought about what Gavi had said and realized that Gavi was right. It was a sad thought, but it was true. Hospitals were a place of life and death, and it was hard to be in a place where so much was at stake.

"I just hope that she gets better," I say, looking over at her lying in the bed. "I don't know what I would do if she didn't."

Gavi nodded, understanding the fear and uncertainty that he was feeling. They both knew that they had to stay strong for her, but it was hard to do when they were in a place that made them feel so uneasy.

They sat in silence for a few more minutes, watching Nailea and thinking about what the future might hold. They knew that they had a long road ahead of them, but they were determined to be there for her every step of the way.
