Enchanted Island "After The End"

Sector 1

As the end ended and new beginning was created. The enchanted paradise was divided into 11 sectors. 9 sectors were given to the people to have their own free will to choose who they put in charge. Even if they still need approval from Sector 1 and Sector 11. Sector 11 is an independent sector with the faculty being the board that reigns it. This means all faculty members and their families are the owners of Sector 11. Other sectors believe that's where the faculty lives with their families.

Sector 1 was a sector not independent like Sector 11 but not owned by the people like the rest of the sector. Being owned by the people meant the sector was owned by their residents and the majority of their income was invested in their sector and the rest was paid in taxes to sector 1. Sector 11 was owned by the faculty but is the only sector that does not pay taxes. All income in this sector is invested in itself and divided by the owners of the sector in an equal manner. So sector 1 received tax from the other 9 sectors. Sector one is not owned by the people but is also not owned by the faculty. So sector one works an unbiased government above other sectors. So all income of the richest sector is redirected to the other 9 sectors and the people mostly rich pay a rent fee that covers all expenses of the sector. So basically Sector 1 is where rich people from other's sectors come to live like kings. So who is the one who decides in sector one? Well, the answer is no one. No one is the leader of sector one. Sector one is just unbiased. In terms of having a vote to decide as a whole country. The 9 sectors owned by the public have one vote. Sector 1 does not have any vote and does not influence any decision. Sector 11 does not have a vote but is the one that confirms or denies the majority of the decision.

Sector One is called also the second paradise as is the sector with the most luxury out of them all. The majority of the residents are rich people. Born children of Sector 1 are registered in the same sector as their father. Only one citizen was declared as the only true sector one born. It is unknown who this person is. Is also known that the father of this child was the first and last leader of Sector One. The faculty denies everything.

It is a place where anything is possible if you have the money to pay for it. The only place where rules don't apply the same as other sectors. Is the only sector that you basically cannot get into as there a no visitors allowed. For paying residents only. Employees come from other sectors every day at all hours as this sector never sleeps. They are not allowed to stay after their shift is over. They must return to their sector immediately. The population is the less of the sectors.  Children who go to study or work elsewhere can return as long as their parents still live in Sector 1. Citizens of Sector 1 can freely travel between all sectors and can choose freely where their children go.  Children from other sectors mostly stay and provide for their sector as adults. Children of Sector 11 are sent randomly to other sectors as adults to grow and find their purpose. Sector 11 was known to be the power of the enchanted island as it had 80 % of the militia ready in case of any danger. For that, it was named the second capital. Sector one was the capital and the sector with the most income. So basically it gave more to the other sectors than what it received as tax. It became the dream of every citizen of enchanted paradise. A hope of light of something bigger to aspire to. Sector 11 became the opposite a place where people were scared to go.

Sectors had a yearly competition between them. Sectors one and eleven have traded wins the other sectors had never gotten first or second place.
