Dloa sits down and Lloa takes center stage.
Well as soon as the lockdown was declared my father was transferred here to sector eleven. It was a little more than a year. As the day passed more children from other military members arrived. As the end arrived and passed many of the children became orphans and the term militia babies was born. My father created a place for those children to become men and have a full life. At first, I was made fun of because of my weird ear but as soon as everyone knew who my father was no one dared to even look at me.
Me and my little brother live in a house inside Sector 11 with my mom. My little brother was only 4 and he was in daycare for babies as I was sent with all the other kids. That was where I met Dloa.
That day I went back to the house. My father was there. Also the commander, the priest, and the architect. I had never seen my father cry. The commander pulled me aside.
Hey kid. You are a strong boy. I need you to be strong for your father. I got some bad news. Your mother passed away this morning. Your father is also sick so I need you to be the man of the house.
After that, my father wasted his day drinking in sorrow. Dloa got the news and he was able to be allowed to visit me. I guess that's when I realized I was his only friend. Ironically he disappeared for a whole year. That's when I realized he was my best friend.
During that year my father passed. My brother was 5 so he was able to be with all the kids in the playground. During that time I realized my father was the General one of the faculty members the first in command. Before he passed he said that I had to take care of my brother and that I also had to take care of the pink panther. He said that he made a promise to the Doctor. You must keep it.
I for a while thought the pink panther was the princess as I knew she was real. My mom talks about her. But one day it suddenly hit me.
I was at the playground surrounded by girls and popular kids when my little brother suddenly arrived with his new friend.
