"Sutton. We seen it all. Now can we pick a cake and go." Julie said dramatically as Sutton gushed over the romantic stunt Justin had just pulled while picking their flowers. "Well excuse me for being happy. Besides, Chance is making my cake. Right Bear?" She said as she looked up to see him pace the small little cake shop. "Riiiight, so why are we here?" Leo asked bored. "I wanted to get the bride and groom toppings made while I had the free time before the radio interview and in order to have them in time we would have to have them ordered through the bakery in Greenfield and Chance is currently here and the only other place to get them is in Mobile and that's a long way away from Greenfield so I'm going the easiest route." She explained. "And what about that whole explanation was complicated?" Julie asked as she looked up from her phone. "She just wants them specially made. This store makes them as an exact replica of the bride and groom to be. It's all she's been talking about since I agreed to help her." Chance said dramatically. "Am I really that bad?" She asked surprised at their attitudes towards her behavior. "Well at least you're not bridezilla bad." Leo said while he ate a few of the tasty samples placed out for the clients. Just as Sutton was about to speak a middle age woman appeared from the back. "Sutton dear. It's so nice to see you. You look amazing." She said as she hugged her. "Julie. Leo. You both look fabulous. Keeping an eye on this little bride to be?" Julie chuckled. "Sinai', I thought your daughter was running this store." Sutton told her happily. "She's on maternity leave with my granddaughter so I came back until she's all well. What can I do for you today?" She asked as they took a seat at the table. Sutton popped Leo's hand to keep him from eating another small slice of cake and becoming upset about it later. "I am getting married and I need your special made bride and groom cake toppers." She explained. "I thought you were still married to that boy back home." Sinai' said with a question. "No. We finalized the divorce a couple months ago when I went back home to visit. I'm getting married to Justin Taunt." Her eyes grew wide. "The one running for Mayor?" She asked excitedly. "He actually won. We're having a ball tonight. I actually am the one who suggested your shop to cater the dessert." Sutton informed her. "That's what the big order was for. Sutton those cake toppers are a wedding gift." Sutton smiled and hugged her tight. "Thank you Sinai'. I have to get going but here are a few pictures to choose from. Again thank you so much."
"Do you guys really think too can manage without me?" Sutton asked Julie and Leo. They both rolled their eyes and shoved her out the door. "Wait. Chance aren't you coming?" She asked. He shook his head. "Nah. Famous eyes not really my scene." He replied, knowing he'd just lied to her and it was hard. "Okay well, I'll be back for all of us to get ready together. I've already had your things sent to my place." She said then leaving.
"Spill." Julie said as she watched Chance in the kitchen of the warehouse. " What are you talking about?" He asked as he moved around the kitchen with a different flavor cake waiting to cool. "I know you know something so spill it." Julie pressed. He sighed and looked at her then turned around to get yet another cake from the oven. "Bryan is in town." Julie gasped and they heard another. "How long has he been here?" They turned to see Leo. "That's where he disappeared to after the surgery a few months ago. "Does she know?" Julie asked as she stole a finger of icing. "No. And she's not going to." They heard Bryan say. Julie began choking on her tea. "What's he doing here?" She exclaimed. "I called him here." Chance answered nonchalantly. "Are you freaking insane?" Leo asked. "I'm not here to cause any problems. You all know how I feel about her. I gave her my kidney for god sake. All I'm asking is that you guys help me get her back. I can't lose her." He pleaded. Julie sighed and looked to Leo, Leo cleared his throat and looked at Chance, who was still concentrating on icing the cakes that have cooled. Leo cleared his throat again. "Um hello! We have a dilemma here!" Julie shouted at Chance. He sighed deeply putting down the icing pipe. "There is nothing major to worry about. I messed around with her schedule. We're in the clear." As soon as those words left his mouth they heard the door, all looking at each other. Bryan dove behind the counter and stayed quite while Chance placed a plate of cakes in front of Julie and Leo so they could taste. "I know we were supposed to spend more time on the cake situation but Chance there's more things popping up with Justin winning the election and the ball is tonight. So I'm just a mess and running around everywhere I'm really sorry." She said apologizing as she gets a bottle of water and head back out the door. "I'll see you later and guys let me know which cake you like the best!" She shouted as she walked out the door. Bryan stood after being sure she was gone. "Dude you're making her wedding cake?" Bryan asked shocked. Chance shrugged. "She's my best friend. I promised. Never said it'll be a wedding for it to be used for." He replied and the door opened again. Bryan dropped behind the counter again. "I thought you were gone." Julie said. "I forgot my cake." She said snatching a plate of cake from Chance's hand and walked out. "We have to figure this out and quick. The wedding is 3 weeks from now." Julie said looked over the counter at Bryan.
