Chapter 8. Jisoo's boyfriend (?)

Nam Joon washed his face and dried his hands with a towel,

He went out from his bathroom, his bare skin showing.

He sat down on the couch remembering the tension awhile ago.

The way Jisoo smiled at the skies, and like a tempted guy he held her hand.

Jesus.. nam joon you can't even control your hormones...He spoke to himself.

He smacked his head slightly.

But what? She is already taken? I never thought that dumb impostor would have a boyfriend..He spoke again to himself.

At PLACA le CASA....

Nam Joon's father was sitting across a 40 year old woman, then beside her was her daughter....a girl in her 20s.

The girl in 20s was sipping tea, her lips coated with red rose lipstick.

"I am glad you were able to come. How was he in school?" His father asked the girl in 20s.

"Fine..I heard he was tutoring a girl."

"Well yes dear. That's because I asked him to. I am friends with the girl's father."

"Well but when will the tutoring be done Nam Ju. This is urgent. Our businesses have to merge so you need to help us as well." The woman in her 40s asked.

"I will tell him and make him accept this arranged marriage."

The girl in her 20s smiled.

The very thought of being tied to an attractive, intelligent, popular and wealthy boy is what made her so proud.

The next day....

Lunch time....

Nam Joon opened his locker and to his surprise there was no lunch box.

He closed it and Jackson beside him laughed.

"What's wrong lover boy? Your wife did not send you any?" Jackson teased.

"What wife are you talking about? That dumbhead will not be my wife and will never be."

"Hey look!" Jackson pointed at a certain direction.

He turned as he adjusted his glasses.

It was Jisoo but she was talking to a guy in a fashionable outfit with a camera in his hand.

He took photos of her and she was smiling.

"So this is what she meant when she said she was taken?"

"What? Kim Jisoo has a boyfriend? Dude.."

Nam Joon was staring at them as Jisoo was laughing with the boy.

Then he saw how Jisoo handed a box of chocolates to him.

Nam Joon's expressions turned from normal to being angry.

How can she not tell me about this? That guy? He seems to be mistreating her when not in public...He thought.

That night....

Nam Joon arrived at Jisoo's room.

When he stepped in Jisoo was already there, but she was with the same guy from awhile ago

"Hey Tae...this is Nam Joon, the guy who tutors me. Hey Nam Joon, meet Taehyung."

"Hey bro nice to meet you." Taehyung boxy grinned.

Nam Joon sat on the floor preparing school materials, then he saw Jisoo and Taehyung preparing a plate full of cookies.

Next was a carton of milk powder.

"Aniyo...you do it like this." Jisoo took his hand as they both mixed the milk powder with water.

He clenched his fist just by staring at them all close.

Until....

"Unnie why did you call me here?" Jennie entered their room.

Taehyung and Jisoo stood up as if they were caught red-handed.

Jennie looked at the plate of cookies and the milk.

"Jennie....I...was about to say I am sorry. I asked Jisoo to help me make it up to you. She told me your favorite foods an-..."

All of a sudden, Jennie embraced Taehyung tightly.

"Yah Jagi...don't say another word. We do fight but..my love for you won't disappear." Jennie said.

Then both kissed each other.

Nam Joon's mouth opened a bit, his assumptions were after all wrong.

Jisoo smiled at them lovingly.

"Unnie thank you as well." Jennie this time hugged her.

"Now go enjoy your day lovebirds." Jisoo smiled.

Then both left her room.

This time she turned and Nam Joon was staring at her.

"What is it?"

He slowly walked back and forth.

"Didn't you say you were taken?" Nam Joon asked

Jisoo felt a hint of anger in his voice.

"Umm...it..was all a lie.. but why do you care anyway?"

"I don't....I just wondered why you lied."

"Because...."

Jisoo wasn't able to continue.

Then she just sat down.

"Hey...stop with all the questions tutor nim...and help me up with this last module."
