Part X - Redemption

Previously...

Lili is captured by Darkness and his goblin henchmen, despite Jack's elder self's attempt at freeing her from the goblin's trap.

Meanwhile, newly reformed halfling, Jack, searches for Lili in the forest, only to come face to face with his elder self, transported from another dimension with a grave warning.

Elder-Jack leads his younger self back to the tree house where he speaks of Fantasia's demise by both the hands of Darkness and... Lili.

He explains that in another timeline, Lili, pregnant with Jack's immortal child, took seat of the cursed Valtorian throne.

In doing so, she and the unborn child became possessed by the evil coursing within the throne, resulting in Lili giving birth to the destructor of Fantasia.

Elder-Jack goes on to explain that he has returned to the past to stop Lili from taking seat upon the throne, in order to save her and their unborn child... the last hope for Fantasia... The Empress.

Will Elder-Jack convince his younger self to join him in his quest or will Lili be seduced by Darkness before Jack can stop her..?

Part X

Chained by an iron neck choker and shackles clasped around her feet and wrists, Oona lays upon coarse hay bails upon the dungeon floor.

She curls up in a fetal coil, finding little comfort in her binds. Cold and alone, she weeps. Her heart broken and longing for both Darkness' forgiveness and damning herself for falling for his self serving affections.

"I loved you. Only, I love you... why..? Why am I always the consolation prize..?" Oona sobs, speaking to the charcoal plastered walls of her prison cell.

"His Lordship is asking for you, fairy." Blix calls to her as he unlocks the cell door.

Oona raises her head, weak and lethargic, as the iron shackles drain her of her strength, "The iron... please, it harms me, even though I am no longer Gump's sprite... I beg you, release me from my binds..."

Blix walks into the cell, unlocking only her feet, "Darklord insists I keep you chained. We have company that might find you... agitated. Can't be too careful, now."

Blix pulls Oona up to her feet and leads her out of the cell, forcing her to trail behind him like a dog on a leash.

"The princess... she's here?" Oona asks, venom doused in her words.

" You better behave. This imprisonment is an act of mercy compared what his lordship would do if he were really angered."

Oona nods in obedience and wearily follows Blix out of the dungeon and through the chamber halls...

Meanwhile, cradled in Darkness' arms, Lili remains unconscious, as Darkness gently lays her upon his large ornate bed, laid with black satin sheets

Darkness delicately lowers her upon the bed, resting her head upon a pillow as he pulls the bed sheet up over her body and around her shoulders, somewhat, lovingly tucking her into bed.

Three knocks sound upon Darkness' chamber door.

"Enter!" He calls out, his voice soft as not to wake Lili, yet loud enough to welcome Blix to enter with Oona trailing behind him.

Darkness keeps his attention upon Lili, gently stroking her face with the back of his hand, tender in affection,

"I need your service, my angel." Darkness calls to Oona, keeping his eyes upon Lili, much to Oona's discontent.

"What torture must I endure now? Are you to have me chained and forced to watch you make love to her?" Oona weeps as she collapses to the floor in a pathetic heap.
