spring break

On the wonderful spring morning Ben had woken up and got dressed. He left his room and knocked on his sisters bedroom door only to get no answer. When he opened it and found that she wasn't in her room he walked around the castle until he found his sister and petal in their parents rose garden sitting on a blanket, reading the story of their parents, She loved reading their love story. "Hi Benny!" I say as I notice my brother walking towards me. "Good morning!" Ben smiles at me "Good morning little sister!" He says as he sits beside me. He kisses my temple and leans back on his hands. "Are we still going to Austin's today?" I ask him, he nods in response. "Everyone is meeting up here to go." I smile excitedly "I miss everyone, I'm happy we are going ." He smiles  taking a berry from my bowl.

"Hi you guys! Your mom said we could find you out here!" Our friends come through our back door towards us. The group has now added six new people to it. Petal jumps into my lap and lays down as they walk over. Jay sits behind me, tilts my head up, and kisses me. "I've missed you" he says against my lips. I giggle and kiss him again "I was only gone for one night." He smiles and wraps his arms around me listening to the others "yea, but it was so lonely." I smile leaning back into him "I missed you too my darling." He smiles down giving me another kiss.

"So we go to Austin's for a week, then Taylor's for Mardi Gras and then back home for the new school year!" Ben discusses as we all sit on my blanket. "Is everyone packed?" Everyone nods and gets up to leave. Jay stays down on the ground with Petal and I and kisses me again before we got up. We all said our goodbyes to my parents, grabbing our luggage and getting into the limo. I look out my window and see my mother holding petal and waving her little paw at me. I roll down my window and tell them that I love them and that I'll see them this weekend. Petal starts happily barking at me, breaking my heart more that I had to leave her.

"Awe baby, it's okay she'll still be there when we get back." I nod and lean against Jay "I know.." he kisses my head and turns back to discuss with everyone what we plan on doing. As we drive out of auardon city to Tritons Bay, I can help but look over to the isle of the lost again, but I wasn't the only one, I noticed Mal was looking sadly at the island too.
