Angry, Kai withdrew his hand. Bam! He suddenly swept the cup off the table. He stood up, looked at Krystal angrily, and asked grudgingly, "I think all you care about is lying to me about your false pregnancy!"

"What false..." Krystal was puzzled. Suddenly, her eyes widened as she understood what happened.

"Kai Oppa, you..."

Shocked by the realization, her mind went blank.

She couldn't think of what to say.

Her relationship with Kai was built upon their interactions behind closed doors.

The reason why Kai broke up with Jennie and wanted to marry Krystal was because of the child she was carrying.

But now, the child is gone.

Kai's heart was filled with only anger and hatred toward her after he found out about the lie.

He approached Krystal with a cold look and started to strangle her. He then asked with a sullen face, "Where did you get the audacity to lie to me! Krystal, do you have any idea of the consequence?"

Kai felt that he was a shrewd guy.

But yet, he kept getting manipulated by his partners.

He couldn't tolerate it any further.

"Cough, Kai Oppa... Let, let go..." Krystal said with much difficulty. Her face was flushed, and she coughed from being choked.

She then tried to break off Kai's hold.

Kai grew mad as Krystal resisted.

He tightened his grip and said, "If it weren't for you, Jennie and I would still be together."

"Cough, let, let me go." Krystal eyes widened as she started losing consciousness.

She started to struggle violently, screaming, and kicking him.

As she struggled, she hit Kai's groin with her knee. Kai pushed her away in pain as his face went pale.

As Krystal fell, it created a loud sound.

She slammed onto the coffee table and fell onto the floor.

Her belly came into contact first with the floor as she fell.

Then, she felt great pain.

"Bang!"

The workers rushed in as they heard the commotion.

They were shocked when they saw Krystal laying on the ground and Kai holding onto his groin with a pale expression.

After a while, they approached him and asked, "Chairman Kim, are you alright..."

Judging from the situation, it was quite violent.

This shocked the workers.

Kai screamed at his approaching workers as he was embarrassed to let them witness all of it. "Who asked you to come in! Get out!"

The workers were shocked.

As they saw the anger in his eyes, they quickly turned around and started to get out of the office.

As they left, the workers' eyes widened with shock when they saw Krystal and asked fearfully, "Miss Kim, what happened to you?"

Kai sensed that something was off and turned towards her in pain.
