Punishments (he gave Bofo):

Beat him with belts, rulers, whips, wood, hammers or bare hands

Make him his next text suspect (Without Bofo agreeing on it)

Starve him/separate him from his "real" family until he said otherwise

Lock him in the cabin for weeks (unless there were guests)

Threatens to electrocute him (he did it once by accident and Bofo was in a hospital for 3 weeks)

Baptized him in the tub until Bofo couldn't breathe, pass out or when the professor was pleased with his work of god

Make him read the bible in 4 different languages at a time (Bofo was to learn it all under 27 hours)

Take away his belongings (Unless Barbara said no which was uncommon in that case)

And lastly, make him pray on his knees for hours on end
