You woke up and rose from your bed, looking over to the other side only to find out that your girlfriend wasn't there. You figured that she had gotten up early, so you just shrugged it off and rose from the bed, walking into the kitchen where you thought she'd be. She wasn't in the kitchen. You started to get worried. But, you continued walking. You went into the half bathroom in your guy's house to check if she was in there, And there she was. But she wasn't up. She was on the floor of the shower.

After your awful dream had ended, your eyes shot open and you jolted up. You grasped the sheets in your hands and began to breathe heavily as tears streamed down your red cheeks. "N-no...Mel~...where are you- Mel~..." You swiftly rolled over and wiped the sweat from your forehead as you let out a long sigh of relief, realizing that your girlfriend was still there in the bed with you. But, you were still scared of just randomly losing her. "Mel..." You murmured, shaking her lightly. A grunt fell from her lips and she rolled over, lazily swinging her arm around you. "What's the matter...?" She asked in her sleepy tone. "I-I..." Tears started bubbling in your eyes all over again and you grasped Mel's shirt in your hands. "Baby...? What's wrong, why are you crying?" "I h-had a nightmare. And- you...you uhm- you weren't in the bed when I w-woke up, so I started walking a-around the house and I went into the bathroom and-" "You were dead."
Melanie gasped and pulled you close to her. "Oh, honey...c'mere~." "I-I was so sc-scared...I c-can't lose you~!" You exclaimed, wrapping your arms around Mel. As you sobbed, Mel rubbed circles into your back. "Shh...sh sh sh. It's okay, love~...I'm right here." "I d-don't want you to die! Ever!" Mel laughed a little. "Well, we're all going to die someday. But, I'll be dying with you so-" She paused and grabbed your chin, staring into your precious e/c orbs and shooting you a smile before she continued speaking- "It'll all be worth it." A small smile formed on your lips and you buried your head into Mel's bicep, as that's where you decided you were going to sleep for the rest of the night. "Now...cuddles?" "Yes, please." Didn't take you more than two seconds to take on that offer 🤓. Mel let out a giggle and wrapped both of her arms around you, pulling the comforter back up over you guys and giving your lips a peck before she began to drift back off to sleep. "I love you, N/n." "I wuv you, Mwel~..."
