Looking back on what I’ve said
It’s funny ‘cause it’s gone from my head.
I still feel the same about the majority
But there’s some things that change, quietly.
Like, yeah, I don’t wanna fall even now,
But I, don’t wanna fall again,
And somehow, it’s different
My views on everything
People and places and how I sing.
Certain people are so far,
But, I really want them back
Even though my heart is healing
I’m kinda alone.
Can’t speak mind,
I’ve gotta watch my tone.
Recently, my writing has been long.
I’ve got so much stored up that I can’t write a proper song.
But thankfully, today
I thought of a chorus--or so they say,
