I tapped my fingers on the table lost in thought. Neagi. Why would he give up his life for the likes of her. She's the only one who could have committed the murder and yet he gave up his life like it was nothing. Is this the strange pernomion that took over Hina? Is it love that possessed him? I just don't understand it.

"I just can't get over it" taka muttered as he took a seat opposite me "makoto, the man who helped me through my darkest moments gone just like that. How many good people have to die?"

"Too many" hina hugged him from behind "it's just too awful. Makoto was no killer, I don't believe that bear for a second"

"Neither do I" taka squeezed her hand "hey where's kyoko? She should be here grieving like the rest of us"

"She's probably hiding away like the snake she is" I spat.

"Don't you think you're being a little mean?" Hina asked with those annoyingly kind eyes of her.

"A-as if. H-he's not being m-mean enough. He should be c-cursing out that bitches name" toko ranted on. I rolled my eyes. How annoying.

"She's not innocent here. In fact she's probably the one who committed the murder and monokuma made neagi a sacrificial lamb for the sake of keeping the game going"

Silence filled the dining hall. That is until the doors swung open, revealing...

"Mokoto!" I couldn't believe my eyes but yet there he was alive and looking moderately well.

Taka and hina ran up and embraced him only to immediately pulled away.

"Dear god what is that smell!" He gasped.

"It smells like you were rolling around in rubbish" hina held her nose.

"Well that's not too far off" mokoto giggled.

"There's no time for this" kyoko stepped forward "we have one last chance to save makoto, to save all of us. We just need to find out the truth behind mukuro ikusaba and this school. I'll need all your help for this"

"Absolutely" taka nodded.

"We're here one hundred percent" hina said determedly.

She turned to me. I sighed "despite the fact that I don't trust you I'll cooperate for the sake of my survival"

"I can accept that" she smirked.

I smiled to myself. The game is finally afoot!
