Hope is 5 years old and as the witches desired they made an evil ancient spirit take possession of hopes body and mind to destroy her family and then herself.

The hollow is feeding from hope's power and every minute that passes hope keeps dying. A wizard from the french courter called Vincent decided to help the Mikaelson family to save Hope cause at the end of the day she is just a child, so he puts the hollow in 4 of them, her aunt Rebekah, her uncle Elijah, her uncle Kol but now come the decision between who of her parents takes the 4 piece of the hollow inside and never sees Hope in person again.

-Klaus she needs you, you can back up her claim to the throne more than me I may be your wife but I am notwthe heir to the throne you are and when your father dies you will be king and she will need you there I can't be Queen cause of tradition in this country but Hope can cause she is your blood. So I'm taking the 4th piece of the hollow.

- Are you mad! Hayley our daughter needs her mother, so I am taking the hollow in me. I cannot be killed and to be honest, all my life I believed I wanted to be king and then I met you and we had Hope and all that I just to believe change in a heartbeat. I can decline my claim to the throne and give her to Hope and leave, my father will understand her adores Hope and he will always protect her and back her up. He will make the nobles bend the knee to proclaime our child the only heur to the throne.

They both wanted to do it but there was one more possiblity, her Aunt Freya the only witch from the Mikaelson bloodline could die, become a vampire and take the last piece herself.

-I can do it. Said Freya to Hayley and Klaus.

-What? Said Klaus.

-I said i can do it, I can become a vampire and that way Hope gets to have both her parents with her.

-No, sister you are not doing this. I will do it and that's it, end of discussion.

Klaus goes to the ritual. Hayley and Freya follow as they know Klaus is stubborn and what he says is what must be done.

The four of the Mikaelson's siblings stand and hope is in the middle asleep in her mother's arms. Vincent starts doing the ritual. Hope wakes up and the hollow comes out of her body and it is place in the 4 immortal vampires, they all need to leave now but Klaus can't until he gets to talk to Hope one last time.

Klaus looks at his daughter and his heart breaks, -Hope, I love you never forget that. Then he runs and it's never seen again.

Hope screams for her Dad but he cannot come back ever again and the royal family gets a bit destroy and the witches that did this just lost in some way but they won also. Hope know doesn't have her father and the other original vampire's to protect her.

A month later

Now that the king has lost his male heir the realm knows that the princess will be the heir but in a country that is based on tradicional values and women aren't rulers for the Lord's of Moresnet aren't that happy about a girl ruling the kingdom so both Hope's grandmother's start preparing Hope to be a good Lady, a good wife to be perfect and also they begin to think about a husband for their 5 year old granddaughter.

Hayley's parents comes to court and brings her son Otto Stark. When they meet Hope, Otto finds that her niece will be the piece on the game of power he will use, but first he will need to manipulate her without doing it first hand. So he does it through his mother.

Her grandmother Caitlin Stark takes Hope under her wing, teaches her to braid, how to saw dresses, dance lessons, cooking lessons, art, music, how to be the perfect daughter and wife. Also teaches Hope of the Gods she prays to and Hope prays to them. Her grandmother doesn't let her eat what she wants that mostly are sweets like her favorite lemon-chocolate cake and makes her put on corsets that don't let her breath.

In the other hand Hope's ladies in waiting change once her grandmother arrives, she chooses new girls that are better for the princess according to her of course. And in those is Alicent the daughter of the hand.

Alicent becomes Hope's best friend for that she doesn't do any difficult job she just reads, helps her choose dresses, pray together, gossip and do sleepovers. While the rest of her ladies do all the hard work. Alicent and Hope are the most beautiful girls in the palace and have the most powerful parents too.

Alicent complements Hope, and goes the other way around. Each girl is different and has had a difficult life, Alicent lost her mother at the same time Hope lost her father and uncles. They share pain and the pressure their families put on them to be the future of their houses, to be perfect at everything. The human lady and the tribrid princess who would've thought.

Alicent's father is hungry for power and it's waiting for the window to take more power through his daughter while Hope's grandma and uncle are waiting to do the same but in different ways. Both girls are manipulated by their loved ones and they just don't see it.
