In front of the common people the judgement of Ned Stark is about to begin. Joffrey and Cersei are standing surrounded by guards. Hope and Alicent are beside Cersei but not to close to her.

Arya is on the statue of Barlow and watches.

Ned is brought out by two men of the City Watch. As he is walking he notices Arya, and speaks to Yoren while the crowd yells.

-Baelor! Ned screams to his friend.
Yoren notices Arya, and goes to get her.

Ned it's in front of the people and everyone quiets down.
-I am Eddard Stark. Lord of Winterfell. And Hand of the King. He then looks at Hope who nods at him. -I come before you to confess my treason in the sight of Gods and Men. I betrayed the faith of my King and the trust of my friend Robert. I swore to protect and defend his children, but before his blood was cold I plotted to murder his son... and seize the Throne for myself.

The crowd yells angrily, someone throws an object at Ned. He drifts backwards, but is caught by The Hound, who pushes him forward.

-Let the high Septon and Baelor the blessed bear witness to what I say: Joffrey Baratheon is the one true heir to the Iron Throne, by Grace of all his gods, Lord of this kingdom and Protector of this Realm. Ned said
-As we sin... so do we suffer. This man has confessed his crimes inside of gods and men. The goats are just, but beloved Baelor told us that they can also be merciful. What is to be done with this traitor, your grace? Pycelle asked
-My mother wishes me to let Lord Eddard go back home. And my Lady Hope has mercy for her grandfather. But they have the soft hearts of women, as long as I am your king, treason shall never go unpunished. See Ilyn bring me his head! Joffrey said
-Joffrey, no! Cersei said
-No, please, Stop! Hope screamed

Arya tries to run to her grandfather, bu she is stopped by Yoren.
-Do not look! Yoren said to her
-Let me go!
-Shut your mouth! look at me!

Hope cries out while a man of the city watch holds her back. She looks worried about what comes next, knowing that Joffrey's mind has been made up.

Ser Ilyn Payne dream Ice and approach Les to Lord Stark.

Ned look over at Hope and then looks at the crowd.

Alicent his holding Hope's hand while she has her eyes close.

-Stop! Hope kept screaming

Ned looks back at Baelor statue, to see that Arya it's no longer there.

He bows his head and mutters: "The Gods have mercy on my granddaughter Hope" then he shuts his eyes, then Ser Ilya decapitates Ned Stark in front of the people and in front of Hope, who couldn't close her eyes and saw how the head of her grandfather had fallen into the ground.

After that Hope faints and Alicent makes sure she does not hit her head.

The guards pick up Hope and take her to her chambers with Alicent. They leave her in her bed and Alicent closes the doors then starts praying for Ned Stark and for her best friend. She waits for Hope to wake up.

After 5 minutes Hope woke up, and Alicent was sitting next to her with some water ready.

-Drink.
-He killed him. He killed my grandfather.
-I know... Hope I am so sorry.
-How are we going to get out of here?
-You are the grand daughter of a King and the future Queen of that land, he will come for us.
-Where is Alec?
-No one knows. I send some girls to ask around they haven't seen him and not they have seen Arya.
-Do you think they killed my brother and my cousin?
-These people are capable of anything... You need to rest, I put the locks on the door so no one can come in. We will be safe tonight.
