Chapter 3:A week earlier

Ezra POV:

"I beg for this class to be over"thought Ezra whilst she doodled all over her Maths book.She just wanted for this class to be over so she could go to art club.

Five minutes later ,the bell finally rang and she ran out of the classroom down to the art club classroom.Already sat there was her best friends, Jane and Marco Eastward

Jane and Marco were twins and if Jane had long hair she would look exactly like Marco.They had met when they were eight and had been friends ever since.They were all kids who were being looked after by foster parents.When Jane and Marco were ten, they were adopted by Allen and Luka Eastward.

Then a year later, she was adopted by a man called Leo Valdez.Ezra always found her dad abit weird,but she loved him.She was also adopted by his friend called,Aunt Calypso.At first, she thought Leo and Aunt Calypso were dating , but they weren't they were just friends.She also never found out Aunt Calypso last name ,so she just called her Calypso lastname.

"Hey, Ez!"said Marco ,gesturing for Ezra to sit next to him.

Ezra had a blast that day drawing with her friends.After the club was over, Ezra made her way home.She nocked on the door,no one answered.She grabbed her keys and opened the door. On the kitchen table read a note.

Dear little firework
Me and aunt calypso
Went on a walk
See you in abit
I love you

Love,Dad+aunt calypso

P.S I made waffles .The waffles are in the fridge

Firework.Thats what Her dad started to call her after he found out.After he found out about her fire powers.

To her surprise, her dad also had fire powers and helped her learn to use them.Ezra had promised her dad one thing, not to use her powers to hurt people.

Ezra made her way up the stairs and into her way up to her room.She hung her bag up and sat down at her desk.Ezra opened her laptop-which her dad insisted on making for some odd reason-and started to play Geminitay's newest empires smp video.

About 30 minutes later,her dad ran into her room graped her school backpack and started to thow things into it.Her dad was muttering things which Ezra couldn't hear .Then her dad shoved the bag into her arms.

"Ezra I need you to listen to me very carefully"said her dad"I never wanted to send you away.Run into the forest and-"

"But you said never to go into the forest!"

"This is an expectation, Run there and don't stop running till you get to the other side then"-he gave Ezra a map-"use this map to make you way to camp and at that camp do not mention mine or your aunt's names"

"What camp and why can I not mention your names?"

"And if anyone says your full name that you don't know, run away as fast as you can, ok"Her dad said giving her a hug

"Dad, what's going on?"

Her dad passed her a dagger.It was a dagger she had seen before.The dagger belonged to aunt Calypso.

A loud crash was heard from the outside.

"Styx.I thought had more time"

"Dad,what's going on?"

"Ezra use the back door"Said her dad.

"Dad, answer my Question!"Ezra demanded

"I'm sorry ,but the less you know the better"He said"I love you, little firework"

3 chapter!This one is the longest chapter yet!This chapter was a joy to write and i do hope you are enjoying this fic.This was the longest chapter yet!
