It's been a few weeks since our last date. Last week we made plans to go to a nice restaurant tonight.

"Did you get ready?" I asked once Han picked up my call. "Yep! You?" he asked. "Yeah, but don't forget to wear your coat. It's gonna be really cold." I reminded. "Ok, don't worry," said Han. We said our quick goodbyes and I hung up. We had planned to wear the matching clothes we got at the mall, so I put a coat over that, some white sneakers and headed out.

Han drove us. Luckily we didn't die. "I'm gonna park the car, wait in front of the restaurant," said Han as I got out of the car. "Ok," I agreed. I watched as he drove off. The parking lot was across the street. Once he parked the car, I watched as he got out of it and ran towards me.
He started to cross the road. Headlights.
Blood.
The red liquid stained Han's hoodie. I watched in shock. I didn't believe it happened.
But it did.
I rushed over to him. I screamed his name over and over again, but no answer. The driver of the car rushed over to us. I didn't notice him. All I thought was that I wished it never happened.
But it did.
