MINHO

"Should we go on a date today?" I asked Han. He nodded eagerly. "Of course!" We got on our bikes. "Where should we go?" asked Han. "You choose," I said. "Ok! Then I want to go to that cafe we went to last time!" I nodded in agreement. "Good idea!"

We both ordered the same as the last time we went here. "It's so good!" said Han. Seeing him smile made me happy. "I'm glad," I said. I kissed him softly on his cheek. He smiled brightly. "Where should we go after this?" I asked. "Hmmm...Let's go see the ocean like we did last time. It'll be even better as lovers." said Han. "Sure," I said, as I took a sip from my coffee.

Once we finished our food, we went back on our bikes. "Race you there!" I shouted. "Oh, It's on!" said Han. We raced to the deck where we could see the ocean. Of course, I won.

"Since I won...buy me ice cream!" I said, pointing to an ice cream stand a few meters away from us. "UGHHH...fine!" Han groaned. I smirked. "Buy it for me now then." He sighed and walked towards the stand, motioning for me to follow him.

"Can I have a strawberry ice cream please?" I asked the worker. He nodded. I quickly glanced at Han. "Oh, and make that the largest you have!" I said. Han glared at me teasingly. "Ok, then 4 1/2 scoops?" he asked. "Sure,"

"Uhm...I'll have double chocolate ice cream and make that two scoops, please," Han said. "Ok, your total will be 15, 772 won. Han glared at me while giving the money to the worker.

"That was so mean Minho!" he said once we were sitting now on a bench overlooking the ocean. "I know!" I said. "C'mon, don't you feel sorry? You literally took advantage of your poor boyfriend!" said Han. When he said the last word, I got butterflies in my stomach. It's nice to be called Han's boyfriend. A wave of affection swarmed over me as I looked at Han. I placed my head on his shoulder. "You definitely should becau-" he paused when my head touched his shoulder. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Nothing..." I replied.

He placed his head on mine. "I really love you, Han," I whispered. He smiled. "Me too," he replied, kissing my cheek.

"The funeral is next week," I said to Han. We were in my apartment, eating dinner. "Oh, are you going?" he asked. I nodded. "But it's just that...I don't want to go. I hate funerals. And I have to go to the funeral of someone that I have known and loved all of my life." I said. "What about...I go with you. Y'know...so I can be there for you. Of course, only if you are comfortable with it. I know you might also want that moment to be private." Han said, putting a hand on my shoulder. "Come. I would love that very much." I said. Han nodded and wrapped his arms around me in a quick hug.

I'm glad I'll be having him by my side. Suddenly, going to a funeral doesn't seem all that bad after all. But still, tears welled up in my eyes for the 100000000th time, as I was thinking of my mom.

JISUNG

I'm glad I am here to comfort Minho in such a hard time. Seeing him like this makes me want to comfort him as much as I can. I know I would do anything for him to be happy. Anything. So, I'll be with him every step of the way.

I've decided to buy Minho a gift. A cat. He has been going on and on about how much he wanted one. It is getting exhausting. So, what would be a better gift than a cat?

"So wanna race home?" asked Minho. I shook my head. I had planned on going to a vet hospital to get a cat for him ("why get a cat from an adopting place, when there are cats who need to be adopted in a vet hospital?"). "Why not!?" asked Minho. "I'm going someplace else today, not home," I said. "Alright then, let's go," said Minho, getting on his bike. "Uh...I want to go by myself." I said. "Oh, ok," said Minho, looking kind of hurt. I felt bad for being rude to him, but I can't spoil the surprise. "See you later," I said, getting on my bike. "See you," he said, getting on his own bike as well. We rode our separate ways.

I arrived at the vet hospital. I went in. After getting directions from a nurse, I found my way to the cat section. There were many cute cats. That's when one cat caught my attention- more than the rest. He was orange and reminded me a bit of Minho. I went over to him and called the nurse. She came in. "You want to adopt him?" she asked. I nodded. She opened the cage (coughing a lot). The rest of the adoption process went smoothly.

In the end, I carried him in a cage, going over to my house. Tomorrow I will invite him over to my house and surprise him with it.
